It is so easy to use and you can wash the mop heads when you’re done. I have engineered hardwood floors and I don’t like a lot of water on them that other mops tend to leave. This one wrings the mop out for you so you don’t have to leave so much water on your floors! It works so well. When I first saw a FB ad for this mop, I wanted one but that old adage "if it sounds too good to be true..." kept me from pulling the trigger. After reading reviews for months on the different brands I finally decided to try it. This thing is perfect! It works just like it says, and I have no trouble lifting it when almost full of water. I'm sedentary 64-year-old. I do have a walk-in shower so filling, emptying and cleaning it are a snap.

Love this so far! Only thing is with it would wrong a little deeper for a truly “slightly damp” pad. But truly this is a great type of mop and this model has bucket tall enough to plunge and wring entire pad. I had the oc6 model first and last inch wasn’t getting attention.

I encountered a problem with the mop, well after the warranty had expired. The company provided the information I needed to replace the mop head, then replaced the mop head for me at no charge, even though I was no longer in warranty and did not expect them to do so. They are very responsive to emails.

This mop is so easy to use and cleans my floors great. We did have a slight issue with the mop head breaking. I sent an email and the owner quickly replied and sent a replacement head with no questions asked.

I wanted a mop but didn't like the old stringy ones you have to wring out by hand, so I got this. So far it's working great. One warning though, when you put the pads on the mop head you HAVE to make sure all three pockets are inserts onto the tabs (you'll see what I mean when you get it) or you can damage a mop pad. I've lost one due to this but I chalk that up to my carelessness. If you follow the instructions you'll have a wonderful mop.

Update: The seller has responded very quickly to my review and sent replacement mop pads. I will see if these tear or not and update my review again. Original: This mop bucket worked well at first. I like the size of the bucket. The way the mop slides into the bucket worked well at first and it cleans well. But after using it for only a few months, the small pockets that hold the end of the pads to the mophead are tearing. Without these pockets securing the end of the mop pad, it is impossible to slide the mophead into the bucket, making the entire thing unusable
