Industrial appearance but highly functional in my laundry room. Very stable even with a lot of clothes drying. I have been drying clothes on this for at least 3 months. The white ones look like plastic and probably are plastic. This is metal and is sturdy.

This rod is worth buying! However, we did buy a piece of wood (a plywood piece for a deck) and sanded and painted that, screwed that to the wall, and then screwed this rack into that. It was a complicated process, but it did come out great in the end- it’s sturdy and definitely isn’t going anywhere. The only reason for 4 stars is because ours came a little crooked but with the clothes hanging on it you can’t really tell. Also- we did this for our dogs clothes ❤️ If you wanna see it better he’s ziggyzoostardust on all platforms ... show more

Sturdy. Made of iron. Put in basement for winter clothing. Only problem with it is you mount it to the wall in 3 places. The mounts do not line up with the wall studs 16" on center. I had to put bracing between the studs ( wall is finished on only one side) to attach to. They do supply wall plugs for screws in drywall but I don't trust that, too heavy ... show more
