I don’t do many reviews, but this product and company is great. For the price, and ease of installation, it’s worth it. I did have a slight issue where the shock retaining clip seems ‘sloppy’.. so I contacted the company directly in hopes that I could get a replacement clip. Have ordered 2 of these now. Instructions verify that the kit covers a 2016 Ram 1500. Both sets of instructions in the two kits state there is a ‘Part D - Ball Mount’. Picture shows the part. The online video shows the part. The parts are not there. Kits can not be used. The picture on the listing does NOT show the part. Hope the seller figures this out. ... show more

First off, quality is there and is amazing to have. Fit perfectly on my truck and added zero noise when putting the tailgate down and insane comfort to my ears. The installation is super simple once you read the instructions or watch a simple video on YouTube of about 4 minutes.
