While this hair is decent quality, it always smells awful, despite how often I wash it. I thought this was normal until I found out that virgin hair should not smell so bad. I do question the source of this hair and have recently learned they collect hair for weaving from drains. That would make sense of the bad smell. Also, it will break off about one inch per month.

Hair is very pretty, also takes dye very well. HOWEVER, the smell is horrible. As soon as I opened the amazon bag the smell was HORRENDOUS. I hope the smell starts to wear off with time but my GOD is it horrible.

5 stars for now. Will update after further use. I ordered the 10,12,14 bundles with a 10'' closure late Monday night and received the order Wednesday afternoon, so the shipping was fast. They came in a pretty and durable box and came individually wrapped. The hair was really soft and remained soft after several rounds of co-washing. But honestly, the first thing I notice though was the smell >.< Absolutely terrible! But it's easily risened out during the co-washing steps. Fair warning to anyone buying kinky-coily hair though-- the hair is ALWAYS processed as 3a-4c type hair is not collected for making wefts. Speaking of wefts, these look to be well constructed. Minimal bearding on the tracks, minimal shedding when I co-washed and no shedding when I installed them on my wig cap (I do not cut my wefts.) The bundles are very think too. I didn't measure or weigh them, but I'll leave a picture below for you. I only ended up using the 14'' and 12'' bundles with the 10'' closure and my wig is pretty full. The closure itself is meh. it's very thick as well--too thick, so you'll have to take some time to pluck it. Also the baby hairs on it are long and straight so I really don't know what that's about? And the curls were going in all sorts of directions out the bag, so I had to take some time to mold it a bit. But it works and the curls for me at least match. The hair color on the closure is slightly different than the color on the bundles, but it's not totally off and the closure color matches my natural hair color. I've seen some people complain about the length. Like nature coily hair, this hair does have a lot of shrinkage. Straight out the pack, the hair seemed to be missing a significant amount of length until I stretched it out. Once stretched, the hair was the corrected length. FYI though, after I co-washed the hair, the coils loosed up a bit. This is good news for some but I personally prefer tight curls. I don't really sleep in my wigs but I want to see how this would hold up over night. I put it in a pineapple and wrapped it up the the curls were exactly the same after a long night of tossing and turning, which is nice. However, I don't really recommend that anyone sleep in kinky coily wigs as you are just begging for tangles and mating at that point. I didn't use too many products with this hair to avoid build up and that seems to be working. I used a clarifying co-wash, a conditioner and then grape seed oil. In the morning, I just sprayed a little bit of rose water to shape the hair around my face and that was it. I'm giving this 5 stars now because for the price and for the texture you're dealing with (3c-4c hair isn't for the weak or lazy ya'll!) this is a good deal. I'll see how long this actually last though and update you later. Hope this helps someone out there!

Got this for a sew in with leave out, and it did not disappoint. Iβve had the sew in for about 2 weeks now and that hair and curls are still holding up well. A little water and leave in conditioner in the morning brings the curls back to life. For my leave out I just did a simple braid out and it blends perfectly with the bundles. I used 3 bundles for fullness and length 18.

So for the most part I love this hair its soft and takes color pretty good, detangles well,minimal shedding, nice full bundles the curls are everything. I seen a lot of folks doing the length check straight out the bag so I did to and yes out the bag I was fooled and a bit upset but when I washed it my 1st thought was oh it's that black girl magic (shrinkage is real). I will say dont go cheap cheap on maintenance products because this hair is just like your own mane of type 4 hair when you go cheap you get cheap results π€·π½βοΈ. With all that said what I'm not digging is the frontal I can tell already that it will not last it barely wanted to take color at the ends and when I cowashed it, it started to tangle on day 1 which is the reason why I went with a wig vs sewin. If you pay attention when your detangling you'll notice the shedding is from the frontal not the actual bundles especially if you know you didnt cut your bundles during the install. So the frontal is a no no for me. Only thing I was pleased with for the frontal is its pre plucked almost to the Gods πΈπ½ππΎ. Your knots will mos def need bleaching, the lace has to be tented because it has no color to it. So yes for the bundles will purchase over and over again but I have to search for another frontal asap and I'm sad about that that 55.00 could have easily been spent elsewhere π€¦π½βοΈ

The media could not be loaded. This hand was very rough right out of the package and had a very strong chemical smile I washed it about four or five times I soaked it I conditioned it the smell is still very very strong the hair is still damp I did it touch a video so we'll see how it turns out after I install it The ends I'm a little concerned about those but the texture of hair is very nice the curls are popping I did not put any leave-in conditioner on this hair as of yet I will do it after I install it I ordered 16 in but it doesn't seem like it's 16 in even if I stretched it out it's more like 14 14 and a half inches we'll see how it holds up
