  • Good Ground Fences
Size: One Size Color: White
I purchased these folding ground fences to put under my fence to prevent animals from coming into my yard. They will work perfectly.

  • Very pleased so far
Size: Under 3' H Color: Green
I ordered 10 packages to fence off 100' of flower beds and an herb garden. I have an exuberant Labrador puppy (now 7-1/2 months old) who still refuses to stay out of these areas where she can gather twigs and small stones. The shipment arrived today and I started by fencing off the herb garden. She can still stick her nose through a few inches, but so far it's working to keep her from walking in and rooting around. I guess if there was something really tasty in there she could bulldoze this over, but she hasn't tried. This fence is really easy to put up, and hopefully it will last through several winters of snowfall until my pup matures into an adult. I plan to use stakes to better support it in another area, but even that is no big deal -- I'll just attach the fencing with zip ties. I'm really glad I found this, and at such a great price. Now I don't have to worry about my dog eating stuff outdoors that might be harmful. She can run around loose while we play and when she heads off to find something she shouldn't have, she won't be able to get to it. Don't expect this fencing to be super strong, as it can easily be bent, but it creates the barrier I really needed for my dog. It looks very nice, too! ... show more

  • Nice but kind of flimsy
Size: Under 3' H Color: Green
I bought these to keep my two terriers out of the flower beds. For me, they were a hassle to set up. The soil in my backyard has a lot of rocks, even after trying to remove most of them. So, trying to stick these into the ground was not happening. I had to take a stake, hammer it into the ground to make a hole, remove the stake, then stick the fencing into the hole. Even when doing this I still had problems getting the fencing into the soil since if I push too hard it'll just bend. I tried my best to setup the fence how I liked but am not satisfied with the look. Once they are in the ground they stand about 19 inches high. The fencing is slightly bent out of shape and doesn't stand straight up. I give it four stars because it seems like a quality product except for the fact that it is a little flimsy. So, if you have tough soil that you want to put these into I might go with something else otherwise I would recommend this. They do keep my dogs out so that's the main thing until I can find something different. ... show more

  • Attractive And Useful
Size: One Size Color: White
This fencing is really handy for keeping my plants safe. People don't cut across their path, the lawn service doesn't accidently mow them down, and my dogs don't run through them while playing. Even the hose no longer flattens them when I water the yard. They also give a nice neat finish to my flower beds. They are easy to custom fit to the area you need as they are hinged. It's super easy to push them into the ground and they are very stable. This is an inexpensive solution to the problem of damaged plants or unkempt looking plantings. ... show more

  • Good for Area with Little Foot Traffic
Size: Under 3' H Color: Green
If you have an area with very little foot traffic, then this fence is great. It's cheap, nice to look at, and will do the trick. But I was using it for a street tree, and there is very heavy foot traffic around it. That means that it has gotten kicked, bent and basically all mauled up. For my purposes, I need something more heavy-duty. Pros: -Cheap -Easy to bend around a shape -Keeps dogs out of garden -Color fades into background -Rubber coating is rust-proof Cons: -Not very sturdy ... show more

  • Good product overall
Size: 24 inches x 10 feet Color: White
This was an inexpensive solution to keep our new mail carrier from stomping through my newly-planted shrubs on the side yard. It's tall enough and sturdy enough to make a visual border, to say "don't walk through here!". So far, it works and she uses the sidewalk now. It looks attractive- my neighbors on the other side of the fence really like it. It isn't really sturdy enough to stop a dog who wants to get through it badly enough, but it confuses our feral cat I am taking care of outdoors, who won't jump over it or try to squeeze through it. It's funny watching him walk all the way around it! ... show more

  • A low-cost solution to the "potty patch" problem
Size: 24 inches x 10 feet Color: White
I have a small fenced-in backyard which is used for both the kids' play area and the dog's potty patch. I got tired of having to do a poop pick-up every time the kids would be outside, so I decided to try to separate off a section just for the dog. This was a great low-cost solution! I used three sections of these, which hooked together nicely, and even made a "swinging gate" at the junction of two sections so that we could open it when we wanted to get into the kids' area. It mostly stays closed so that the dog only poops in one section of the yard. He is a standard dachshund, so he COULD jump the fence if he wanted, but so far it's a good deterrent. Granted, it's flimsy, but it works for our purposes. ... show more

  • Hound BEWARE !!
Size: 24 inches x 10 feet Color: White
These things are so easy! They are pretty too! I was afraid it would stand out but oddly they did not. I like most people bought them to keep away my dog who is part beagle and part basset hound. Her name is Lilly. She feels complied to dig up anything I plant I guess to make sure it is safe! I used them around my garden. She easily jumped over. !#*#@!. I got the 36 inch ones there after and if you read my review on those whenever I get around to doing them and she even jumped over them. (but she was stuck inside and could not jump out). But i found for an azalea or a gardenia etc she would leave them alone. You see you can separate them and make the barrier you need by simply disconnecting what is too long, I use a small pair of pliers. Real easy. Just disconnect and then press them down where you want them to connect. Like I said it looks good. I thought it would be an eyesore but it is not. And when the plants get big enough she wont bother them! ( I hope hahahaha!) Only reason I give them 4 stars rather than 5 is I wish they were thicker so they would last long long time. But if they were it would much harder to separate and re join so perhaps I am being unfair. And who is to say they wont last a long time? Anyway hope that helps. [email protected] ... show more
