They fit well on their 6” mattresses, although I don’t think they’d fit well on a 11”+ thick mattress, they’d definitely fit an 8” though. Love the little tabs marked “side” and “top/bottom” sewn into the elastic on the inside! They have held up well to my boys and all they’ve dished out! I just opened my new organic 100% cotton sheets and am impressed so far. I’m about to pre wash them prior to using them. I like to do this when I purchase new clothes or sheets or anything that touches our family’s bodies. We have sensitive skin in our family and honestly it just makes me feel more comfortable giving them a fresh start before using them. The packaging for these sheets is so adorable. It shows the process the company uses with cute sjetches showing where they came form starting with their organic growing process for the cotton all the way through inspection and packaging. Love it!! They were super soft prior to washing them and they were super soft after I washed them. I use Clean People detergent (also purchased through Amazon) and they came out fresh and soft. A tad wrinkled but that should be expected with organic cotton. I’d take soft safe wrinkled cotton over chemically treated artificially made sheets any day. I’m recommending these and purchasing more sets for our guest rooms when our kids come to visit.

Let’s get a few things out of the way: 1. Yes, they wrinkle. But I haven’t had percale sheets that don’t wrinkle so I expect it. 2. They are percale. They soften after every wash but they’re not butter smooth right away. I was not expecting much given the fact that these sheets were priced so low. I got these as backup to my backup set. I am pleasantly surprised by how great they are. They are indeed 100% cotton, percale. They continue to soften nicely. And they have not shrunk at all. The fitted sheet is deep, deeper than my $200 sheets! And stays on nicely. They are not and will never be as soft as my Silvon or Brooklinen sheets but honestly, that doesn’t bother me much. They’re comfortable for what they are and they will likely outlast the above mentioned brands. Bravo!
