I don’t have any prior experience with trampolines, but this one took two of us about an hour to assemble. It’s sturdy, but it comes with anchors that seemed to be a bit flimsy—as in—if a storm rolled through, the anchors might not hold. We bought additional corkscrew anchors to be safe. The white lettering on the trampoline itself started coming off the moment it was used, but other than that, it’s been a huge hit this summer.

This trampoline is very easy to assemble and sturdy. We put it together in a few minutes and the instructions are supper clear. We all have fun with it. It has a capacity of 400lbs. Adults get in and enjoy it too. I also get in with my children at the same time and have lots of fun together. It's been a few months since the purchase and is holding up great.

Bought this trampoline almost a year ago. While using it last year we didn't have any issues. Went to put it back up again this year and noticed the sewing on the mat was coming loose where the D-rings attach to the mat. Over a short period, the fabric holding the D-rings ripped away from the trampoline mat completely. Several ripped and some springs, under extra stress, stretched beyond normal. However, true to ORCC's word, I contacted them for warranty replacement and the new mat and replacement springs arrived very, very quickly (within a week). They were very courteous and quick to respond to the request. I hope this new mat lasts longer. But thank you for the great customer service!

The trampoline has worked geat and is very sturdy. Mine was actually picked up and flipped over during a wind storm and one of the poles bent and needed to be replaced. I reached out to ORCC customer service and they sent me a new pole free of charge. Good experience and ready to have the trampoline back up and running.

I bought this trampoline for our kids last year. Our family loves it! During the winter we had a really bad storm (hurricane force winds) and a few pieces got badly damaged from a tree. I reached out to ORCC's customer service to see if I could buy the pieces needed to put the trampoline back together. They were so quick in answering my inquiry and were kind enough to send me the few parts I needed free. I highly recommend getting this trampoline. It is well built and very sturdy. And the customer service was excellent and professional!

Trampoline s Of really good quality, easy to assemble and safe. Ours got blown by a small tornado and damaged extensively. We contacted costumer service and they promptly replied and send the replacement parts without any issues.
