We own a 10 ft Orcc trampoline that was purchased in 2020 and has held up really well. This year we decided to upgrade since my son has gotten older and has friends that come over to jump. It has been a hit! While it did take some time to put together(because it's huge) and was tedious putting the safety net on, it has been well worth it. This new design has a cushier mat, powder coated legs to prevent rust and the way the safety net fixes to the trampoline makes it almost impossible to touch the springs. They thought of everything in terms of safety, with this design. Feels very high quality with a good price point.

I would definitely recommend buying a trampoline from this company. The trampoline is the highest quality and very safe! The kids love it! It is padded very well and worry free ! Customer service exceeded my expectations when contacted. They contacted me right away and replacement was made very easy! Instructions and putting together was hassle free! With all the different companies available on Amazon I would choose buying another without hesitation from this company Excellent trampoline!!!!!

I love it and my kids love it! The safety features are excellent. It's very sturdy and the quality is easy to see and feel. The padding is high quality amd the zippers on the nest are strong. I feel very comfortable with my kids on this trampoline. The designers thought of everything, saftey-wise. It also looks amazing. I've seen some other trampolines that aren't nearly as nice.

The media could not be loaded. This trampoline, so far, has everything I had hoped for! The rim to secure the net around the top so you don’t have a sagging net, nice thick spring padding, comfortable ladder, pumpkin shaped poles and durable zipper! Other trampolines like it were at least another $100+ on price, so I feel like this was a great value for the cost. It went together fast- very easy assembly! The only thing my husband struggled with was how to tie the net down around the base of the trampoline- our old trampoline used a cord that weaves all the way through. This uses clips. Make sure you check the pictures online or the video if you’re puzzled by the clips! But my daughter figured it out in a few minutes just by looking at the design. The whole unit appears very durable as both my husband and I have jumped on it now, and all the kids enjoy it. WARNING for trampoline owners: if you have leaves fall onto your trampoline (or any other potential slippery objects) sweep them off before you allow kids to jump. It was much more slick than we anticipated and my son slipped and broke his tibia jumping into the leaf piles. This was user error on our part and does not reflect our review of the product!

I am so disappointed! I bought this because of the delivery date. There were other options cheaper, however I am hosting a party and I was counting on it. It did arrive on time, only missing 5t connectors making it unusable. I am very frustrated. UPDATE: We got a second box. The two boxes were delivered separately, in different days. My husband was able to put it together with my son’s help. It took them 4 hours and my husband is a handyman. Instructions were 80% clear and the wrench tool it’s not strong enough and it was all twisted. Other then that it looks good

First and foremost- We love it. The quality is EXACTLY what we wanted for our one year old. The springs are covered but we still have the option to slightly lift the edge when we clean it from leaves. With curved poles we aren’t very worried about her hitting her head. We wanted a safe place for her outside that she could enjoy for years. We had a little snag with damaged poles for the top ring once we finally got around to putting it up. The company was so quick in replying to us and patient with our busy schedules. They replaced the broken ring poles. It only took 3 days to arrive! Very impressed. Thank you!

I had a major issue trying to get the last 2 fiberglass poles connected and one ended up splitting. I was able to get in touch with customer service and they were very quick to help me and get me the parts needed to finish getting the net set on the trampoline. Very happy with the trampoline and the customer service. Would definitely recommend to others.
