These wheels are absolutely amazing. The previous wheels I owned weren't too bad but didn't get me to my destination in the quickest manner. They were 72mm 78a Mercer. Once I put then on my board and cruised around on them I thought well they're alright but then I bought these babies and with one push I had been already around the corner of a city block. If you're looking to generate great speed and keep it for a good amount of time these are the wheels to go for. The grip the pavement like glue and keep you gliding across the road. Awesome wheels. I know the next time I have to buy eh eels I'll just end up buying these babies again

Man I love these wheels. I have a Maestro Pro and bought these to help smooth out the road on Kandahar Airfield (longboarding while deployed!) and they did just that. They've held up well to the abuse from these terrible roads and they roll right over some big rocks. The PU is really nice too and has a lot of rebound. I've got well over 250 miles on these right now (no slides. . . no hills!) and they're still true rolling smooth.

I wrote another review on some medium orangatang knuckles, this is the part 2 of that review... As I stated I put these on a Loaded Derv Sama, to replace stock parts that I’ve had FOREVER... The bearings that come with these wheels are honestly the only things I ride other then REDS... keep them clean and greased and you will not stop rolling.. That being said I do wish they had more color options... I only went with the 83a as it matched the purple orangutang knuckles that I REALLY wanted... (they are a medium bushing, I’m using these on a bamboo longboard the pumps are incredible) I def would’ve preferred a softer wheel for that slight bit more grip but these are a nice happy medium... Will say I’m only giving 4 star because I have eaten pavement in some turns while pumping way too hard on these wheels and accidentally going into slides which I don’t have gear for so it’s basically a forced bail. I’m a chill skater, the slide is flashy, and really cool, just not for me.

I like oversize wheels on my longboards, but didn't know how these would work on my extra-long Carver 36.5" surf skate. Turns out, they work really well. If you're using your Carver for surf practice like me, these are like fins with more drive. The extra grip and (I'm guessing) extra give and spring from the wide, off-center tread give me more grip to work with and I can put more power down through the wheels. Board is overall faster on the streets in my condo complex too.

I went back and forth over the price for months. I saved from a rewards program for 3 months to buy these and can only say I'll simply cough up the cash for every subsequent set. Don't walk, run and get some, these are the BEST UPGRADE EVER! My board is my best friend again, thank you!
