After first assembling keeps giving an AOB code on display when trying to move down, and would only move down in small increments. I contacted the company via the 24-hour support email in the documentation. 3 days later they responded telling me the code was from a collision sensor, and I could adjust the sensitivity setting of that sensor by holding 1 and 2 buttons for some time. I also found out that you can force a reset to bring it down when it doesn't want to move down on its own by holding S+4. All of these trouble codes and key combinations for settings should be in the manual or available online. Would give more stars if I was given the means to solve my issues without reaching out to the manufacturer and waiting 3 days.

I like everything except they didn't think about the hook at all. They just put it as a bonus but didn't analysed how it will fit. Because it will raise the top in one part so if your top is made in several parts it will almost certainly damages the top because one par will be raised and the rest pulled to the main frame. Unfortunately this hook spoiled my beautiful top.

The product is rated for 300 lbs which gives an impression of a well priced next tier of frames. However it does not go lower than 28” because it has two part supports. Thus if you need the minimum height to be lower, this is not for you. Otherwise, Product well built and easy to assemble, sturdy, smooth and quiet. Has 4 memory locations and a usb charging port! About the only product improvement other than clear labeling about the minimum height is that the power adapter should be separate from the wall plug-in, rather than integrated as this one is, which makes it a bit awkward.

The media could not be loaded. Bueno, debo decir que estoy maravillada con mi escritorio. 1. Llegó antes de tiempo, estaba bien envuelto. 2. Es de muy buena calidad es de hierro es pesadas las piezas y se ve fino. 3. Super fácil la armada no me parece que tenga mucha pieza como para perderse al armarlo, de igual forma el manual es simple y fácil de seguir. 4. Después de armada la base está queda firme sin embargo como no tenía la tabla todavía no podía probarlo, pero cuando se la puse, confirmo que es firme y no se mueve para los lados, también. Tiene unas tapas las cuales las puedes graduar para que quede bien firme sin movimientos raros. 5. Me solprende no hace casi ruido y es muy Sueve el movimiento, sube mucho no pensé que subiera tanto, y el tablero es super fácil de controlar si quieres grabar 4 posiciones o simplemente subirlo y bajarlo de las flechas. Suelo ser muy quisquillosa pero la verdad no le encontré nada malo. Quede satisfecha con mi compra y deseo que me dure mucho.

I've long been thinking of getting a sit/stand desk but when they first came out, they were very cost prohibitive. Then in my extensive research for a frame, I came across this gem! I ordered it and got it delivered today. I was excited to set it up which made me appreciate the product more. The parts were made of heavy duty materials. I'm not sure what kind of metal they used, but the parts are pretty thick and heavy. Once assembled, I placed my old desk top on it. I couldn't be happier with the result! This product is impressive! They even included screws for the table top! Nice touch, if you ask me! It's got no sway at all, unless you try real hard. Even when I have it up high, gaming on it is pretty stable! I have a mini-atx desktop on it as well as a 32-inch monitor. We'll see how it fares through time. But for now, I think I got myself a real gem!
