Why did you pick this product vs others?: This brush head gets into places, no other has been able to do. I use a regular brush first and then use this to get in between and behind my teeth. It is especially helpful on the back molars that I previously could not get clean with a regular brush head. My teeth feels so much cleaner after using it. I purchased the Oral-B-iO Specialised toothbrush head to clean around the brackets and wires of my braces. It does a very good job of cleaning on and around the brackets and wires. Does not replace flossing however. I would ehtusiastically recomend these toothbrush heads to anyone who has braces.

I had NO idea this existed. NONE. I am an older adult, got done with my Invisalign (YAY!!) and had a permanent retainer placed behind the lower front teeth. Anyone who has had one of those knows how difficult it is for that area to feel clean. Flossing and water pik are ok, but I wanted something more. I don't use this every day, but when I do, its like I just got back from the dentist. Its for traditional braces and I could definitely see how well this would work for that, but it is also absolutely perfect for getting around those permanent retainers. It fits my Oral B iO 7 perfectly. If you are looking for something like this, GET IT. I can't say enough of how much this has helped me. ... show more
