I’m 5’4” and around 130-140 lbs. I usually get smalls but after looking at other reviews, I went up a size and got medium. The shorts were still pretty small, but I like my shorts tighter - I’d definitely recommend going up one size. These shorts are super cute and I love the butt lift lines. The lift lines don’t do much as far as lifting like other workout items do sometimes, but they do give the illusion. The butt lift line is kinda high though, so if you have a bigger butt, the lines might sit high on you. I got the pack I got because I liked the green color, but the black shorts are my least favorite. The black shorts make it hard to see anything and everything just kinda blends in/you look like you have no butt 😂 overall really happy with my purchase, would buy again.

They are some of the more flattering and comfortable shorts I have, however the only pair out of the green, gray, and blue ones I got that weren’t completely see through at the slightest bend were the blue ones. The blue are a 9/10, the only reason they aren’t a ten is cause the shadow falls above the bottom of my cheek but then are squat proof and the don’t ride up in the front. The gray are like a 7/10 because they aren’t as see through but the green were completely see through when I bent down. I’ll still wear them out and about with a baggy shirt but definitely not to the gym. Also, I’m typically a medium in bike shorts but I got a large in these and they fit perfectly so I’d recommend sizing up as well.

These are super comfy and the color looks just like the photos. The material stretches well, is thick, soft, and holds everything in nicely. The problem is they aren’t really scrunch butt. It’s extremely subtle. My butt still looks pretty good in them so I’m going to keep them. But if you’re looking for true scrunch butt shorts, these aren’t it. If you’re looking for shorts that are comfortable and give your butt a more subtle boost, these are great.
