I've provided pics so people can see that between my small size in these verses the medium there is about a half inch so that doubled would give you one inch more at the waist. The black ones in the pack when compared was only about a quarter inch difference giving a half inch when doubled. The length on my black ones small verses medium exactly the same the length on the colored pair... well unfortunately my medium gray pair ended up being almost an inch shorter then the others. I compared a small pack and a medium pack all were unworn when compared. After trying them on it's really just preference if you're between sizes. Both are going to give you nice compression are very comfortable moves with you and are thick. For reference I am at time of pics 127 pounds 5' 6" and work out every day so have in my opinion a good amount of muscle. In the pic i am wearing the medium gray pair. I like my leggings tight usually but with theseI feel less snatched and more like they're just squeezing if that makes sense. They're pretty sturdy though so far and my thighs haven't ruined them yet after a couple wears. I normally love the nova sport but they always tear on the thighs so I'm hoping these are more sturdy. I wear a large at forever 21 and fashion nova but these fit more like a large medium I guess. Not too uncomfortable but not my favorite fit. Update: I've worn them several times. I like them enough to wear them but they are sheer enough to see my seamless underwear through. They roll down- my other brands do not idk why these do. Will not be purchasing these again Last update: Okay so the grey are sheer and the black aren't.. the grey are stretchier too. BUT I came back to say these leggings are STRONG!! When i got these i did a try on with my best friend and he watched me wrestling with these to get in them. Im a little thick and used to clothes getting tight at the thigh but these hardly got up. My legs were dying and the compression made my legs wanna collapse. HOWEVER!!! After the first 2 times of wearing them i noticed the fabric stretched a little and it was enough for me to not struggle getting them on. The compression is just enough and they are super comfy and surprisingly warm. Very cute and my butt looks great! ... show more
