I've been looking for a good pair of workout shorts for the past year and these are the only ones I didn't return. I hate the super high waist on most shorts these days. These are technically high waist but more like a high mid-rise, which I like. The material is fantastic and very comfortable! I feel like they're more supportive than the typical spandex but not as tight and restricting as some of the ribbed versions I've tried. They have just enough of the butt lift stitching to make me feel sexy but not enough to make me feel self conscious that my cheeks are on display LOL. I purchased two 3 packs of various colors. Very soft and not suffocating for being high waisted! Makes the glutes look amazing but rolls up on the thighs. Very satisfied with the color options that I got & I usually LOVE everything from the QQQ brand but this specific style of shorts was not my favorite.

I normally wear a S-M, 5'8" 165lbs, but I went for the L in these. I'm glad I did. Great compression without them riding up or digging in. They are a very think fabric that is not see through, and I would feel comfortable doing squats at the gym these. For three pairs, they are a good value.

These shorts are very comfy and lift your booty up! I wear these to workout, under sweatpants, to bed, everyday clothing and am in love. On the edge? Should definitely get!! They do roll a little, but that doesn't bother me at all!
