WASTE OF MONEY; ZIPPER DOESN'T LAST! Purchased this early January for my son's high school lunch which we pack about 3 times a week. He was very happy with the style and look and I appreciate the slimmer design so it isn't so bulky in his backpack. BUT, just 2 months in and the renders it completely unusable. The images show that the zipper is busted in at least 3 different areas. My son is not rough or careless with his items so I am highly disappointed! I realize this isn't Jansport so I'm not expecting a lifetime of use, but I would hope it to at least last the length of a school year! Bought this in Dec of 2019 to replace a cheap character lunchbox that lasted 3 months. Its had about a year of daily use now if you figure in summer vacation and a 3 month virtual learning period. It’s held up very well. I’ve been very pleased. My son uses this and he’s not easy on anything. No issues with the zipper. The outside still looks good. The inside has no stains and wipes clean easily. It won’t hold a kid’s Bentgo and if you pack a ton, I probably would consider something bigger but it expands to hold a decent amount. Certainly enough for the average elementary eater. We usually pack a sandwich in a big, reusable container, fruit in a small Tupperware container, and a Capri Sun and a few other snacks in plastic baggies. So it holds that and a smaller ice pack. I’d definitely recommend. In fact, I just pulled this up to buy a couple more for my other kids. ... show more

I ordered 2 of these lunch bags in June for my twin kindergarteners to use for school this fall. They didn’t start school until September (return window is closed on Amazon now) and now, after 8 days of school I’m realizing how disappointed I am with this purchase. The purple bag we got has really tight elastic on the mesh drink holder on the outside so it’s impossible to fit my daughters contigo kids water bottle in it (I even bought a different/slim bottle hoping it would work instead, but it also won’t fit). And the gray bag we got has already started ripping (noticed that on day 6) on the inside plastic lining around the seams causing any accidental leaks to soak right into the outer fabric. Quality control is definitely lacking with these lunch bags. On the plus side, they’re the perfect size for my kids’ Bentgo lunch boxes, an ice pack and a snack. And the zipper seems to be holding up well. I probably would not recommend this product though, due to the poor quality control. ... show more

This was an ok lunch bag. The kind that would maybe last a year and then you would throw it out. I gave it a low grade because the measurements were not accurate in the description and I had to send it back. It would not work with my lunch container.

    • Not a solid lunch box. Flimsy crushable fabric box.

The pictures are very misleading. It comes crushed flat and has flimsy fabric sides to it. They make it appear as if it's a more rigid lunch box. Lunches always get crushed in these lame lunch boxes. Had I known this wasn't an actual semi-rigid box I would NOT have purchased it. Very disappointing.

My 10 year old son has been using this lunch bag everyday for about a month and so far it's holding up well. The foil liner seems durable and my son says his food and drink are still very cold at lunchtime.

it's been a full school year using this lunchbox. its held up perfectly well, still looks new and that's something for something used by a elementary schooler. no rips, no tears, inside or outside. the pull tab on the zipper is still perfect (something that seems to always come off on every other lunch box we've bought for the kids). so yeah for 10 bux so well worth it. we've spent more on other ones in the past that fell apart half or 3/4 way through the school year. this one is ready to go for the next school year! ... show more

The first one didn’t have the inside pocket as shown, the second ones zipper broke after using it for 2 weeks, this third one has been great so far! Fingers crossed!
