I've tried many different pre-workout mixes and drinks through the years. My main complaint with them is that I'll feel jittery or sometimes there's a warm tingling feeling that I really don't like. What I can say about this one is that there are no side effects that I've noticed. After drinking it the energy comes off more natural. It's gradual and doesn't come on all at once. I am very picky about the flavor of anything that I drink. This drink additive is very good in the watermelon flavor. I feel it’s a bit expensive but I really find one that I like and I do like this one.

I love this because unlike other pre-workouts I don't feel like I'm on crack. It's just enough to get me excited to workout after a long day at work. The flavor isn't strong either. I'll buy it again for sure

I love this! I have a very sensitive stomach and can't normally tolerate any kind of pre-workout. I work out 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach and still, no issue with having this before (I drink about 1/2 of it and then finish the rest during the workout). The flavor is good, it reminds me of the Outshine watermelon Popsicles. I don't drink coffee, tea or anything w/ caffeine so I was afraid the 100mg were gonna make me "shakey" but it doesn't (thank goodness). I attached a picture of the container before I used anything out of it, i am sure its a marketing thing but why not just use a smaller container? I will definitely buy this again ! ... show more

For such a big jug, it's only 30% full.... That's a new, unused jug. Why not make it smaller so I don't have to upgrade my gym bag? Other than that, it's a mild pre-work out. Pretty decent.

This stuff is crazy. I fee like I’m on crack-never tried crack-if I don’t work out. I’ve used this brand over a year and it still works for me. Sometimes I’ll take half a scoop two hours before going to work. I like it but just have to be careful with it. The flavor is alright but not great. That said, I’ve yet to try a Leto friendly energy drink that tastes fantastic. I recommend this product. Four stars not five because of sensitivity and flavor. ... show more
