I didn't think this rug would be as plush as the pics show with the hand nearly buried in it....its exactly as shown/stated! This rug is super soft, plush and shaggy! I wanted something soft and sort of thick for my baby to play on instead of the hard wood floors. This rug went way beyond my expectations!! It feels so nice and is thick and my baby and I love it! I also love that you don't need an anti slip mat under it, it already has anti slip dots on the underside! It seems to be made well and I'm very happy with the quality for the price! I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a super soft, shaggier rug...you will not be disappointed!!

I really wanted a high pile white rug for my bedroom and had already sent back one after found I out it wasn't machine washable. (Who wants to "spot clean" a white rug??) So. I found this one. It is plush, soft and non-skid. Perfect size and a fantastic price. Machine washable?? YES!

Having said this it's great for kids, pets, my house which is no frills. It really feels nice under my feet. I haven't washed it yet but reviews are mixed on this. I intend not to dry it and soak followed by the gentle cycle. No bleach on the white ever guys. Won't fit in my oversized top loader. I could soak, rinse, soak, rinse and I could hear it tearing a bit trying to get it out. I couldn't wash it well and it's going to break my machine. This 6x9 is not machine washable, at least in an oversized top loader. The fuzz looks okay, still wet, but I'm also going to lightly comb it. It is in the return window and because it's actually not machine washable, I'm sending it back before return window expires.

I love this rug. I bought the 5x8blue, but it looks gray in my photo. It’s more like a dusty blue. This rug is soft! I love how it feels on my feet. It does have small rubber dots all over the back. I placed it over a pad, so I don’t know if it slides. It layed flat right out of the package. It was bundled tight and wrapped very well, so I thought it might have creases, but none. Mine does not have any odor. The only instructions were on the tag attached to the rug, which says it’s not made for frequent washing. I may have to take it to a commercial machine, some the rug is do large. Instructions say to hang to dry. I may buy another if this one washes well. Oh, and the rug is not shedding. I’ve used it for only 1 day so far. The only thing I don’t like is that the shag fibers are a woven a little thin, so sometimes I can the the base of the rug.

I ordered this rug based on two main factors: machine washable and the plushness of it. Upon receiving it and setting it up, it wasn’t quite as thick and plush as I imagined based off the posted photos. While it is soft, I also find it to be thinner with a cheaper material feel. I have three dogs and a high traffic living room. I wanted something that would be cost efficient, easily to be clean, and plusher for my son to sit on. It’s not the best to vacuum, unfortunately. I did toss it in the washer just yesterday after a spill. The catch is they say not to dry it with the dryer and let it air dry, leaving your area without a rug for a longer period of time. Something I was not expecting. Taking it out of the washer, you can truly see how thin the product is and gaps where there’s no fibers. This rug could potentially be nice for a less traffic area with no pet hair (holds onto it for dear life) and where it’s less likely to obtain the need to be washed.
