These smell so amazing. When you open the envelope the packs are in, omg, it smelled incredible. I could hardly wait to get them in the wax warmer. But, the awesomeness kinda slowly died. I mean they melt down good, and as long as you're right near it, you can smell it. But, it doesn't go much further than that. It's crazy how strong they smelled unmelted vs how little they smelled once it's heated. I really hate it to bc the orange cupcakes smell so amazing. I hope they can work on it, bc I would totally buy these in the future if they can fix the issue.

But, please don't eat it! Lol! I LOVE Hot Tamales! They are seriously some of my favorite movie theater boxed candies, and there was one time in my life that I was quite seriously, addicted to them! I couldn't go to the grocery store without throwing one of those boxes of yummies in my cart! When I saw this brand and their deliciously unique wax cube scents, I knew this was the one I had to try! I love candles and other "smell goods". I am a "candle lady" for sure, and you will always catcha candle lit, a wax warmer or candle warmer turned on, and several of those glade or febreeze plug in throughout my house. I have a few scent profiles I stick with...holiday, autumn, cinnamon-y, christmas tree-y, sugar plug-ish scents being a top during the fall and winter. Of the various treat inspired scented cubes this brand offered, I thought hot tamale (basically an intese cinnamon) was the less risky of the choices. I couldn't imagine selecting a Twinkle, Ding Dong, or even Mike-N-Ike scented selection, although, I am curious to reference reviews on those. Hot Tamale felt like the safe option and after recvieing it, I'm very thankful its the one I selected. You get 2 packages of the scented wax cubes, with branded logo and bright red colored cubes. You can smell the intense cinnamon scent beckoning you to open the mold and break apart your first cube! The fragrance is delicious, and spot on to the smell that fills your nose as you chew a handful of hot tamales candy! Quite frankly, I want to go get a box! I can't wait to have family over and see if anyone can place the smell! A very unique product, I would absolutely repurchase, and probably branch out and try another offering! I have many family members and friends who enjoy scent and candles, who may appreciate these unique scented cubes as well! I definitely recommend giving these a try as the scent I selected in authentic to the candy it represents. I will say that I regularly purchase all kinds of scented products, and at $15 for 2 packages (which are regularly sized, standard wax cubes similar to what you find in stores), these on on the higher end, price wise. I haven't burned them very long, but, if they compare to say, Yankee, then for the particular scent, it could be worth the price if you really like the flavor/scent you are selecting. I would much rather purchase them closer to $10, though. If the scent duration doesn't last as long as I expect it to, I will remove one star from my review at a later date. For now, it's earned 5 stars.

I have these in 3 wax melt holders throughout the house and can't really smell them, they are quite waxy in your hands as well... I did give them 2 stars because you can put 2 cubes in each container and you do get a faint scent

I know this is kind of a “duh” statement, but I have to say it. These wax melts smell EXACTLY like the green apple Jolly Ranchers. The first whiff even made my mouth water a little bit because it was so juicy and delicious smelling. These melts are powerhouses at the beginning. They fill the room with scent in no time. And they really cover anything gross that’s going on. The scent only lasts in it's super strong state for a couple hours. It calms down a lot after it melts for that time. But it does still linger. I think these are good melts and I'm excited to try other scents in the line.

Scent: Vanilla Snack Cake
These are great wax melts! They come in such an array of scents that it was really hard to choose. I went with Twinkies and it smells exactly like that! They are pretty potent at first but not overpowering and the scent lasts for hours. The cubes are fairly easy to break apart to place into the warmer, I usually do two at a time and it easily fills the room. These probably aren't as pungent as soy wax melts but the scent is still there, pretty long lasting, and easily identifiable. Definitely going to try out some of the other scents in the near future! Pretty good value for for the quantity and quality. Highly recommend!
