I did return my first pair of boots due to wrong size. Got next size up and they fit perfectly. I think the price was good. They are warm and I can wear with socks. So soft inside and comfortable. I kept the boots that were too small for me. I gave them to my daughter in law instead.

These boots are really nice. True to size in my opinion. Im normally a 7 1/2 but ordered an 8 (which their a tad bit big) but that allows room for thick socks. So far they have kept my feet warm, and cozy. I normally have a hard time slipping my foot into boots that dont zip but these were easy to get on. They are soft, warm and comfy.
