Most transactions aren't that memorable. I'm going to have good memories about this one though. This was my first centrifuge. This isn't an area I have a lot of subject matter expertise in, but the experiments I'm running are simple enough that it mostly isn't a problem. The instructions were clearly written in English. I was able to set it up without trouble. The safety features to lock the cover function properly so that it only opens when it has stopped spinning. I made a mistake by not balancing my samples correctly. This causes the device to vibrate and then stop running when it can tell something is wrong. Rather than re-read the manual I foolishly booted it up multiple times, watched it vibrate and shut down. Eventually it produced an error code. I consulted the troubleshooting portion of the manual and learned I had loaded my samples incorrectly. Unfortunately the error code meant I had also misused it enough that I had broken something. I contacted the service center and explained what I did and asked for advice on how to proceed. The agent diagnosed the problem as a circuit board damaged from the vibrations. I was immediately offered replacement parts at no charge. The parts arrived in under a week despite shipping from China. I followed a video provided from customer service and was able to replace the motherboard with a common screwdriver and hex wrench. The entire repair took under 20 minutes. It's working fine now. Everything from the product to the company vastly exceeded my expectations. I was taken great care of and am successfully completing a lot of work with the device. In my opinion for what I paid I ended up getting a lot of value. I suspect you will too.

Been using for PRF preparation for a few months. 900rpmx7 mins looks like the best result with my tubes. Works great. Easy to use. No complaints. Just what I needed.

I bought this centerfuge for my mobile phlebotomy bussines and it's great. It's small, quiet, and can centerfuge different size of tubes. I had an issue with the power adapter. It broke from the back input and I contact customer service about it. The machine still works perfectly and I just needed a replacement for the adapter. They got back to me and they are replacing the power adaptor that broke! I was worry that I would have to buy a new machine. However, thanks to their great customer service I will be able to continue using the machine because it's stills works great!

I have had this centrifuge for almost one year and it does work for experiments. I've been using it on and off, whenever the respective experiments for cell culture or extraction are needed. However, it is important to note that the centrifugation speed seems to be rather on the lower side. I have centrifuge cells and powder extractions from samples and there always seems to be particles that have not sedimented completely at the bottom of the tube and are floating around the supernatant instead. This may be problematic for gathering sufficient samples for experiments. However, throughout the time I have used it, data has been gathered and compared to other centrifuges again. The only main problem for me is a lower yield of treated cells or extraction due to what I believe is a lower centrifugation force than expected. I have converted gravitational force to revolution per minutes using the provided cell data sheet g-force while measuring the rotor in centimeters and there still seems to be samples in the supernatant. Overall, it is a good centrifuge which may result in lower product yield and it can help you for your experiments. In relation to the power cable, I had no issue with this. I was provided a standard power cable that can be just plug in directly to the wall outlet.
