I bought this centerfuge for my mobile phlebotomy bussines and it's great. It's small, quiet, and can centerfuge different size of tubes. I had an issue with the power adapter. It broke from the back input and I contact customer service about it. The machine still works perfectly and I just needed a replacement for the adapter. They got back to me and they are replacing the power adaptor that broke! I was worry that I would have to buy a new machine. However, thanks to their great customer service I will be able to continue using the machine because it's stills works great!

I bought this last year but unfortunately it was past 30 days since I first used it. It was quiet and easy to use but the second time I tried using it the machine stopped working! It started a couple times for few seconds and the power went out. Then never started again. Also, never came with an instruction manual! Sad to say I have to buy another one!
