Thin wires caused product failure after 10 or so 10 minute run times (~100 minutes of use). I screwed the orange sample holder piece to an old box fan motor for my current PRP centrifuge. Handbook gave very minimal instructions. I need to calculate the G force but need measurements the handbook doesn’t provider to determine how many RPM I need for my sample. Can someone please help?

This product doesn't do what needs to be done. I have used it about 5 times and each time my gel barrier is still mixed in with the whole blood in my samples. It works 50% It doesn't fully separate the serum
