This was ok but definitely not good for people with sensitive skin. I started getting an infection on the inside of my nose after a week of wearing. Now I'm out because I can't return it. You can't really see the design on the top though. It looks really pretty in pictures on here but it does not look like that wearing it. So honestly there's no point in the design. This is a really pretty ring and it’s so easy to place it in your nostril! I will say I wish I had gotten the 8mm instead of the 10mm but that was my error! I know it’s secure and I won’t lose it like many others I’ve lost! Somehow I lost a gold hoop that I always wore so I ended up going to hot topic and getting more nose rings just for all them to tarnish quickly and make my nose irritated and sore.
