• Easy to use-- 1 - Print on Film: First, print the entire image in white on the PET film; 2 - Powdering: This step is to apply the hot melt powder to the film printed with the image; 3 - Melting the powder: the heating time is generally 2 to 5 minutes and the temperature is about 160 to 170 degrees Celsius; 4 - Transfer: The curing is done at a temperature range of 160 to 170 degree Celsius for approximately 15 to 20 seconds; 5 - Cold Peel: Slowly remove film when cool to touch.
• Our DTF is a great option for small quantity orders and can be extremely user friendly. You get the artwork flexibilityyou can print any type of artwork. You can also print on dark or light colored shirts, instead of being limited to white or light colored shirts. ***Please note: If the image does not come off completely, repress with the image in place, let it cool, and repeel the film.
