The media could not be loaded. I am NO carpenter. I've put maybe 1 or 2 furniture items together in my 35 years. It took me about 5 hours with several short breaks to put it together myself, with my husband helping me lift one of the boxes. Like other reviews stated, the cabinets don't line up perfect and shut all the way. I'm not super worried about it because it's not extremely noticeable. The piece all together is gorgeous (it'll ship in 2 boxes- 1 fireplace and the other tv stand, I received both at the same time via FedEx). The heater works well, the fireplace is stunning. My 75" tv barely fits on it (I thought it would be a bit wider, my fault though, I didn't measure), which is a little nerve-racking. The directions for the fireplace and how to set it up with the crystals and actually putting it into the TV stand were pretty much non existent and I winged it. There were separate directions for each item, but not how to fit the fireplace into the stand. I would've preferred more detailed instructions, as I pretty much just set the fireplace in the stand and it can easily pull out if you grab it, so it isn't secured at all. I researched for about two months and after reading hundreds of reviews on Amazon and Google, this one fit my budget. It doesn't look cheap by any means, but is not perfect. Shipping was $100 and Amazon had a coupon deal for $100 off, which is why I went with it for $429+tax. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied. It is beyond beautiful! It definitely 'makes' the room and my living room has never felt more cozy and comfortable! Now I just need to center everything around it! ... show more

We were able to put it together and it looks great. It comes very well protected. However, the fireplace comes to be mounted on the wall, doesn't stay inside the table hole due to the weight and no instructions to hold the fireplace for it to don't fall face down due to the weight. We had to figure out a L shape metal part to hold from top desamble and re ensamble. The little doors were a little difficult to install alligned. I really like this fireplace. I have had it a couple months now and there have been no issues. It was a little tough to put together by myself so I suggest having another person to help. Definitely would of made a difference. I helps heat up the living room too and I like all the features, like auto-shutoff. I would recommend this product. Good price for the size. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this fireplace but the only thing I had issues with was the door panels and hinges. Wasn't as easy as the book said .

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble with clear instructions. You'll need a screwdriver and a hand drill to assemble the door hinges. Love the remote and how sleek it looks. It's very sturdy and doesn't take up a lot space. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase. If you purchased the fireplace, it does ship separately.
