I rarely write reviews but I am so blown away by these shoes, I have to take time to let everyone know how incredible these shoes are!! I am 69 years old and have SEVERE OSTEOARTHRITIS in my feet -- and I'm also very flat footed! My Podiatrist said that inserts would be a waste of money for my condition. I was at a conference at The Billy Graham Training Center and could barely walk. A stranger came up to me, who was wearing a pair of OC's and told me they had really helped her. When I got home, I ordered a pair. My regular size was too small so I returned them and ordered a size larger. They were OK but not the best so I returned them and ordered a half size larger. (So, it took me 3 tries and at the end, I went up 1.5 shoe sizes. - This may not be normal for everyone, but my bones are a mess and I have a severe bunion on one foot.) I keep these shoes on ALL day and have since the 1st day! I started going to Physical Therapy to re-learn the proper way to walk because with the pain I've had for the past 15-20 years, I wobbled back and forth and my balance was terrible. My physical therapist was very impressed and said she would pass along the word to some of her clients regarding the OC shoes. THIS SHOE IS AN ANSWER TO MY PRAYERS!!!! I am extremely disappointed with this On Cloud brand and will NEVER buy another pair of shoes from them again. I went for a walk with my dog, and the shoes made cuts on both sides of the Achilles area. I was bleeding in the shoes and had to have my husband pick me up from my walk. My cuts are finally healing. I had to wear clogs for the entire week because those areas were tender. I emailed the customer service rep, and this was the first time she had heard of such a complaint. I find this very hard to believe! I mentioned my story to some friends, and at least 2 people have had similar experiences. I am out a lot of money for some shoes I've worn twice. NEVER AGAIN! ... show more
