They are perfect for running and make you feel like you are running on air because of the support and the way the shoe is made. They are easy to slip on even if you have your own insoles which I do. The laces stay tied during your run or workout, never coming untied. The shoes are easy to clean and easy to store in your gym bag. I do get small rocks stuck in the bottoms sometimes but that's not a big deal and just pop them out. They are springy when running and very comfortable for all-day walking. I am extremely disappointed with this On Cloud brand and will NEVER buy another pair of shoes from them again. I went for a walk with my dog, and the shoes made cuts on both sides of the Achilles area. I was bleeding in the shoes and had to have my husband pick me up from my walk. My cuts are finally healing. I had to wear clogs for the entire week because those areas were tender. I emailed the customer service rep, and this was the first time she had heard of such a complaint. I find this very hard to believe! I mentioned my story to some friends, and at least 2 people have had similar experiences. I am out a lot of money for some shoes I've worn twice. NEVER AGAIN! ... show more
