The nylon carrying case features two carrying handles and a heavy gauge 2-pull zipper. This is a pretty good stick bag! It's nothing fancy, but it'll be plenty durable for at least a year of gigging and studio use. I wish the bag was a little bigger to accommodate more sticks and larger size mallets and sticks. In my studio, I have an array of different sticks and mallets and I would love somewhere to store them all. The Ludwig stick bag is quite appealing to me - but the price is sometimes a bit too high. This On Stage stick bag is a quick, cheap solution that will work for most people. Speaking of price - I found this exact same stick bag at a music retailer for $19.00 a few days after I bought it.     • Great Value for the Money
I've been using this bag since 2015. Aside from a couple of design flaws it's performed admirably. I removed the two strings and replaced them with keyrings - - now they just slip over the lugs in under a second. The other feature I would have liked to see wass a pocket for keys and other small gear on the INSIDE of the bag, as it's tougher to access these items when the bag is attached to the drum. This stick bag was a great investment. Some of the reviews made me question it, but I'm glad I bought it. As to the issue some people have with hanging it, I had no such problem. The bag folds and zips up, and had a loop which works for hanging on the boom of a cymbal stand, which is how I have mine hanging. Haven't tried hanging it on the floor tom, but the way I have it is at a more convenient reach for me. If you need to organize your sticks, it's a worthy investment. ... show more

It has plenty of room for many pairs of sticks and doesn't take up a lot of space to store when i am not using it. The one thing I would change if I was able to is the way ir hooks up to the floor tom. there is way to much string for it to stay properly, but if you have enough pairs of sticks in it then it will lean up against it and stay quite well. I rated this bag do high because it is a great price for what you get. There are many other stick bags which are better but for the price you cannot beat it. I leave this bag on the floor tom. I would probably buy a better bag if I was constantly transporting it in and out of the house. This bag is durable with plenty of room for sticks and plenty of cords to hang it which every way you want. ... show more

Pretty basic stick bag, does the job. Holds several pairs of sticks, my brushes, etc. Doesn't come with clips, so you'll need to tie off the string to your floor tom or buy some clips. Thus 4 stars. Really, like 4 1/2 stars, but you can't give a half star. I needed this badly. The sticks were everywhere, but now they are in one spot and easily accessible. I keep it on the tom in my studio and it adds no additional noise and takes up no notcable amount of space so it's a perfect thing.
