At first, they were very different. Slip on, "auto tightening," high arch, definitely not for everyone. For me, however, after I got passed the initial "what the heck am I wearing" factor, these shoes are probably the best I have ever owned. That's a pretty strong statement considering I have no brand loyalty and a closet full of footwear from top brands and some not so top brands that I actually love. The On Men's Cloudswift Sneakers are a decent pair of shoes. They are comfortable and fit well, and they look good, too. However, they are not the most durable shoes I have ever owned. After only a few months of use, the soles are already showing signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the shoes are not particularly breathable, so my feet tend to get quite sweaty when I wear them.
