The fiber optic cable is WAY too long - It only needs maybe 2 feet of fiber optic cable and it comes with 6 feet. Works well. I've used it several times. I wish there were more tutorials on how to set this up use it.

When it works it works well. Tower height can be a bit of an issue...I built a tower extension for mine to be able to better utilize the rotary attachment that is kind of useless as it comes from the factory. If you want to do much more than engrave a ring you'll need to extend the tower. I bought mine just before the beginning of 2025 and it functioned well up until around a month ago. Now I'm having issues where the laser seems to just shut down when it wants too and has caused several wasted products. I've been dealing with tech support and they are thinking it's on overheating issue. Still unsure what their intent will be to resolve the issue but at this point I feel like I wasted $4000 dollars on this machine and really wish I had shopped around some more.
