missing both lapper tools
Both suction cup tools where missing from the box. The shaft for the spinning tool falls out constantly cause it doesnt have any stoppers in the design, but gets the job done.

This is a great spring compressor-especially at this price. I recommend it, just be very sure of your engine’s valve spring retainer diameter. I bought this knowing my Harley’s retainers are slightly larger at 33mm (1 5/6”) diameter. I did not see and compressors that fit 33mm retainers, so I bought
this one. I thought it would work, and it did, just not optimally. I really think that even 30mm diameter spring retainers would be a questionable fit with the largest adapter in this kit. I would say 28mm might be the largest the “30mm” adapter fits over. As you can see in the picture, the largest adapter does not fit securely around the retainer on my Evo engine. I was able to compress the springs enough to get the keepers out and back in, but I was like a one armed juggler trying to keep the tool from sliding sideways off the compressed spring, and shooting everything across my cellar. But back to the tool- it is well made and the big c shaped bar is solid and sturdy, but the little cross bar that turns the screw kept falling out of the threaded rod. I think two bumps welded onto the ends would fix that easily enough. All in all, I recommend thus compressor, just not for a Harley Evo cylinder head.

Works with stiffer springs
My heads have hydraulic roller springs meaning the spring compression is 450 lbs. This item is capable of that. It does to end to want to wander off center on the spring side making it harder to install/remove the little lock/keepers but being slow and careful helps tremendously.

This is designed to compress valve spring compressor don't try to use it for anything heavier it will bend but I never had a break and it still works fine

Had to mess with my valves on my dirt bike and this thing came in handy big time it’s worth the 20$ if you don’t have a proper tool at home this is it forsure.

Works as it should, Product page is very misleading
Product did what it was supposed to do, was a little wobbly because of loose tolerance fitment between the screw and the adapter but was able to install the valve springs. Very unhappy that the ad is misleading, shows the valve lapper handles, but does not come with them, ad says 10 piece which is wh
at I got, that does not include the lappers which is shown in the display pictures and also shows them included in the description but along with the 12 piece set. guess my bad for not looking closely but very deceptive.

I had to flatten one end of the turning rod they included so that it doesn't fall through the slot immediately. Two of the three detent balls flew out of their pocket before the first use, but it's not the end of the world. Works great for a $25 tool, I did the valves on my Subaru motor with it and i

My GY6 171cc big bore engine build was dead it the water, I added racing springs that were so tight I couldn't put the keepers in by hand; this tool was delivered the next day and saved my build! Thanks!

Spring compressor tool kit
Worked as it should, no problems. Should have a cup/adapter to seat flat on bottom of valve, but I made do w/out it. Can't beat the price!
