Leggings are squat proof. I am 228 at 5'4. I ordered a L and they roll down. I have a small waist and big hips so that's always been an issue for me. Leggings don't offer any type of tummy control. And they do have a little bit of camel toe but it's not too bad.

I’m always skeptical of ordering clothes online, that’s why I rely on reviews and pictures of products. I was not disappointed when I received these pants! The material is thick and seems well made, plus squat proof! The V waistline is so comfy and they stay in place well. I’m 5’10, 165lbs and a medium fits perfectly!
