I have taken fish oil for a couple of decades now and have tried multiple brands over the years with no satisfaction until this brand. First of all.. I like the smaller pills that are about 1/3 larger than a vitamin D softgel. They are much eassier to swallow than most. This formula with the antioxidants and even Vitamin K2 (MK-7 Type)[look it up.. there are several kinds of Vitamin K] has really helped me and doesn't even bother my stomach, no rumblings or burps, acidosis or other problems. They act more like a coating for the stomach and are actually kind of soothing... My doctor also wanted me on a specific IU amt of Vitamin D and I could not get it without spending too much, so this pill also fits that bill TG... The pills are small and very easy to swallow. This brand is also one I can actually FEEL... working.. I t's amazing.. I've never had that before from fish oil suppliments. The price is most decent, since they can save money by using a bag instead fo a plastic bottle. I give the formula a tumbs and toes up - heh for quality and effectiveness and for not tasting bad at all. Just like all liqui-gel caps.. I keep an extra dehydrator pack in there to help make sure they don't stick together. Not bad over all. The price is nciely wqithin my budget and one bag lasts a decently long time. The specs on this product are phenomenal. Even though they are half the size of regular fish oil capsules they contain twice the daily recomended dosage. To be certain this is possible I asked AI and the answer is yes, it's possible. I also contacted the company and they convinced me that these have been fully tested and certified by third party laboratories.
