This wig had so many broken hairs, I ordered 16" and it may have been 12 inches. it's very thin and doesn't seem like anything that can be worked with. I took it out the pack and put it right TF back in there. This will be the first item I return in all the years I've been ordering on Amazon... I usually just keep the stuff or find someone who can use it, but I feel like I was taken for a ride on this one and I want my money back (and I really hope I don't go thru too much trying to get my money back, because this wig is disrespectful.)

The quality of the hair is pretty good but I am having an issue with the bangs. They are too thin and are constantly blowing up with the lightest breeze. I have had wigs before where the bangs stay put. I am going to have to get a clip on bang to thicken the bang. The cap size is also for smaller heads. Other than that, I am pretty happy for the price.
