Great bar. Does as required. They are as smooth as biggernamed bars in their spin but I was able to break the bar down and clean and lube it and now it performs much better. This is a great bar for curling. The curves aren't too extreme which makes it comfortable for me to grip both wide and narrow. Definitely use some kind of clamp / clip on the sleeves though b/c the weights will slide off if it's not secured. They did come w/ squeeze clips, so if you can manage gripping them on and off, you're good to go. I use bumper plates and they work with the bar perfectly. ... show more
