I’m posting this review because anything that helps a chronic illness is worth sharing just in case someone else who is struggling might find it useful so with that being said, My fiancé and I both have sleep disorders. Mine is unspecified, it’s not sleep apnea. I have chronic cranial issues, spinal issues and jaw issues that cause me to not breathe well in my sleep, I have to sleep upright as well in a reclining bed. My fiancé has very mild sleep apnea and he does snore a lot especially if his head isn’t elevated, however he doesn’t have any neck issues so I didn’t think this pillow would work for him. For me personally the pillow was a bit too firm for my condition, it’s not the most comfortable for your jaw if you have TMJD, especially because I’m on an incline when I sleep. It’s definitely hard to keep the pillow from not slipping when you’re inclined as well. I still don’t know if I like the pillow for myself yet. It takes my body a while to adapt to new beds and pillows because of my chronic pain so I’ll update in a week or two if it worked for someone with spinal issues/TMJD etc. in my case I feel like the pillow would be comfortable if I didn’t have to sleep inclined. It didn’t cost me any discomfort, but it just didn’t also make me comfortable. So that brings me to my fiancé I only bought one pillow to try it and I wasn’t feeling it so I let fiance try it and he slept like a baby. Literally no snoring. He also woke up alot easier and less groggy. He says he sleep feels more restful than ever. He can sleep on his back or his side and either way it prevents the snoring and keeps his neck elongated so he’s getting better airflow. He also isn’t tossing and turning as much!! No more stacking standard pillows just this pillow on it’s own is a life saver for him and I didn’t think it work for him because he doesn’t have any neck problems but if I had known I would’ve bought this ages ago for him!!! It’s a miracle for him! So although I’m not sure if this works for everyone specifically with neck pain as it’s advertised (for now at least until I give it time) it REALLY WORKS for people who snore/ have very mild sleep apnea at least in our case! If I try it again and like it I’ll definitely purchase my own and I’ll be sure to update review. The price is also amazing, his 90$ pillow didn’t work nearly as well as this 30$ pillow. I really like the comfort of this pillow & how versatile it is. I change positions often before finally falling asleep on my back & it works great each way! I may need to order the extra lift insert just for preference, but really isn't necessary at the same time. Highly recommend trying this out!

I have had trouble sleeping on my side with my CPAP mask so I searched for pillows. Was happy to see they make these style of pillows and this one was the most affordable. I didn't have high expectations because the price was much lower than the others but this thing is priceless. I can comfortably sleep on my side and my mask doesn't slip or press into my face.
