I love this desk, i was a bit worried about ordering a desk online because I wouldnt know if it was sturdy or not but this desk is awesome. It was really simple to build, took me about 45 minutes and looks great in my space. Its very sturdy, doesnt shake when i apply force, the wood feels very strong and i love that the legs are metal. The wood came with no defects or scratches. Im not very strong but the desk was very light, and i could move it by myself to my room, but even if its light its very sturdy. This comes completely disassembled, but is very simple to put together. The wood top is very aesthetically pleasing and very sturdy. When putting the frame together be careful of how tight you tighten the screws because the metal is thinner and will bend, but overall i am extremely happy with this desk and the quality. I wish i would have bought one that the top was a little deeper though because with a monitor and keyboard on it there isn’t much room left. This is easily remedied by buying an inexpensive monitor arm to lift the monitor off the too or adding a monitor riser.

I have bought this desk before in this size and I have the larger 48” inch one: this one is the 40” inch. The wood is beautiful and rustic. You can see a review for me for the larger desk as well. This is a steak at $45!

I work from home and needed a desk in a relatively small apartment. I loved the rustic wood finish of this one so I decided to order it and it came in within a couple days + it was easy to assemble with two ppl (but could definitely built it solo as well). I think the side pocket looks cute and will keep paper clutter off my desk. ill see how it holds up over time but for rn, 10/10 recommend !!!

Quick to assemble, not overly long so fits in my room perfectly. I didn't end up using the little side box it comes with, but the desk itself works great. Do wish it was a little deeper but it'll work.

Great sturdy desk for an affordable price. Only take-aways: 1. Handprints and oils stick are much more visible. 2. It is pretty thin (review dimensions). If you prefer having your arms on the desk more like me then get a different desk. If you have a chair that doesn’t get much elevation, be wary of the height (review dimensions)
