This mirror from OLIXIS will look good in all the different style homes. Everything from minimalist, farmhouse, industrial, updated traditional or a combination. The size is absolutely perfect for a bathroom, above a dresser or in an entry / hallway. The finish of the mirror has a textured, almost black stainless steel look to it. I concentrated my photos on the texture of the dark black finish. There are already quite a few pictures showing the shape of the mirror and the size. The build and appearance are both very nicely done. The mirror itself sets in about an inch from the front edge of the frame. It has a gasket type material that goes around it. I’m sure to keep moisture, or other things from getting down inside of it in case you are using it above a sink. This gasket sounds tacky, but it really adds even more to the clean sleek look of the mirror. The back of the mirror has what I would call a French cleat design. There is a cleat to hang the mirror vertically or horizontally. When it comes to something like a mirror, having the proper hanging mechanism is even more important. Mirrors if hung improperly can crack, pull the frame apart, or fall. Sidenote : this metal frame is a one piece frame. No corner joints to pull apart or cause issues. I’ve seen a few on Amazon with plastic tacky corners…none here. This listing has two different mirrors, one being the inky black, and the other being the dark black… I agree with several other reviewers, I cannot see the difference myself from all the photos in the reviews.. My only comment as a possibility would be that an inky black - could have a navy or blue undertone in certain light - Where I work, a manufacturer would use terms like that to cover themselves in case somebody thought they saw a color coming through under another color. ( like one mfgr. calls something black cherry in case you see wood tone through a black paint finish ) The one I received is the “dark black” and it looks completely utterly black on black. I think this mirror is very well priced at the time of this review - the inky black being slightly under $40 and the dark black being in the $45-$47 range. I don’t give five star reviews easily, but I do find that there’s nothing I can imagine to improve on this mirror. It is properly priced so it does rate five stars. I hope my experience, thoughts and opinions help someone who’s trying to decide on the right accessories for their room.

This is very nice, high quality mirror that is exactly as described. Like another reviewer said, it arrives packed well and is amazingly clear right out of the box. It seems to be a good mirror without a "fun house" effect. It is the perfect size for a bathroom that needs a mirror over the vanity but much larger than a standard medicine cabinet mirror. I don't know the difference between the two black options. I got the inky black. It seems to me it's a true black, or close enough. The metal has a subtle texture to it. There is about an inch of a rim which adds depth and interest (my 12-year-old self pictured a line of tiny perfume bottles displayed). Though it's versatile enough to go with almost any décor, the rounded corners give it an art deco vibe. I like that it feels like a real mirror with some weight to it but not too heavy for me to put it up myself. It even comes with the hardware and bracket to hang it. The price at the time of this review is right where it should be. To keep the glass looking this pristine for as long as possible, I'll be cleaning it only with a soft cloth. Any material with paper in it, like paper towels or even kleenex will cause infinitesimal scratches that accumulate over time.

The mirror is really elegant and the mirror finish is crystal clear. It came really nearly packaged in a large box with plenty of foam padding and my mirror came in pristine condition with no imperfections. It has a really nice black metal finish with a bit of brushed look and texture to it which I think looks nice, the brushed finish is very subtle and hard to notice. The mirror feels sturdy but lightweight so hanging it was a breeze with the included wall mount hardware and bracket, the hardware included is good quality and I had no problems with the screws or anchors. The mirror is light so you should have no issues if you can’t mount it on studs the anchors would work perfectly fine. Dimensions are spot on too it fit my space perfectly as I measured. The mirror has a rounded edge finish which I like the only thing I don’t love in terms of style is the deep lip that you can see around the frame, it is around one inch deep and looks a bit odd to me it didn’t need to be that large of a lip in my opinion it would look better with a thinner lip. But regardless that is just an aesthetic gripe but this mirror is really solid quality and looks nice for the listing price of $48 it’s a pick up and is spot on with price for the quality.

I got this mirror for my son's bathroom. It's is a good size for a single sink bathroom. The mirror is heavy (15-20lbs? roughly give or take a few), but once I got the bracket up and drilled into the wall, one person can easily do the whole setup. It comes with a hanging bracket you install on the wall and slide the mirror and clip hang the mirror. The instructions were easy to read.

I opened this mirror today and I love the finish. It is a brushed black aluminum which is very nice in person. I like heat the mirror is set back inside the frame, which gives it a nice contemporary feel. I am planning to use three of these on the wall in my guest bathroom below the vanity lights. The install is very straightforward on these because you just mount a single long bracket onto the wall and the mirror just sets onto it with the bracket that is built into the back of the mirror. I would recommend this mirror.

Great simple mirror for my bathroom. Installation was easy thanks to the hardware included. I love the neutral aesthetic of the mirror. It really can work for any type of decor.
