I found this weight set super universal and easy to use. The locks screw on easily and all of the weights and parts are plastic and have a much softer touch then metal sets do making this softer to touch and easier on the hands. It also makes it safer to use in areas where you would be afraid of scratching the floor. I really like how many configurations there is for this weight set because I find it works well for a variety of workouts. I never found the weights to become loose while I was working out with them. Storing them does feel kind of awkward because I normally would not have it all attached, and for most configurations, you're going to have a lot of parts on the side and the box that comes in is not good for storage whatsoever. You get a lot of value for the money and although the plastic bars may not be as quality as metal, they feel very rigid and I'm not afraid of them breaking at all for the weight that is put on it. This isn't really for heavy weight workouts but it's really useful for rotary cuff workouts and angles t We're a lot softer on the hands than the ones at the gym hat it would be harder to do with heavier weights. I found that the handles were all pretty comfortable to hold and I really liked that they didn't make my skin rough and sore like the ones at the gym did. I'm very happy with it and I don't see myself getting any other weights as these satisfy all the needs I have.

These are pretty good beginner set of weights. I was pretty impressed with the versatility of everything and what you can do. I had to resort to the photo on here though because it’s doesn't really come with instructions on what goes together or what you can do. You can make a barbell, a kettlebell, or have dumbbells! It isn’t as heavy as I would like, but it also is made out of plastic so I wouldn’t want to go any heavier than it is, but it does seem pretty sturdy and does add a great home workout. It comes with four sets of 6 pounds, four sets of 5 pounds and four sets of 4 pounds and you can mix and match them. I really liked that these won’t damage my hardwood floor and that there’s so many things you can do with them. It just requires one set of workout equipment and you are good to go.

I like this adjustable dumbbell set. It's great if you're adding some weights to your routine. My favorite aspect is that it's really easy to change the set between barbells and dumbbells and it takes up a lot less space than if I had a traditional set with all the separate equipment. It's a really good value because its 4 products in one, and thus saves a lot of money. I also really appreciate the high friction grip on these, it makes me feel more confident when adding weight or reps. I'm giving these five stars because I just needed barbells and dumbbells but I also got kettle balls and push up racks. With all four uses for the price of one, you can't beat the value. And they won't rust or make marks on my floor! I would recommend these to anyone, especially you are tight on space, appreciate excellent value, don't want your weights to rust and leave stains on your floor, or if you've ever felt nervous or lacking confidence while using weights because of grip-ability issues.

This is a nice entry-level combo set of barbell, dumbbells, and kettlebell weights. It includes 4x 6 lb, 4x 5 lb, and 4x 4 lb weights, as well as two dumbbell handles that can be combined to make one barbell, two kettlebell handles, and oddly only one kettlebell weight bar. Because it is modular, the weights, bars, and handles can be mixed and matched for your needs. The handles themselves are nice and grippy, with the barbell attachment having a good foamy grip. My main concern, though, is that everything in this set is made of plastic, from the weights to the handles to the clips. Sure, you're not ever going to deal with more than 60 lb of weight on the barbell or one dumbbell (the kettlebell can hold 4 weights with the handle, so at most 24 lb), but I'm concerned on how long the plastic construction will last before things start breaking down and coming loose. Still, it's a pretty good entry-level weight set, and something to start with before considering upgrading equipment.

I've really enjoyed using this adjustable dumbbell set. The bar is padded which makes using the set a bit more comfortable. The kettlebell attachments are useful for different exercises beyond your typical squats and curls. Overall, the set is versatile and a great addition to my home gym setup.
