It is a ball mark. The alignnment lines are fine but the "Bubble" level is white and very difficult to see.

Summary: While this is not legal for tournament play and might annoy your playing partners, I found this marker very handy to give a good sense of the slope of a green. Especially during practice rounds and for novice golfers who have a hard time reading the slope of a green this could be a great aid. Golfers might find that it's also helpful to place the marker along the path of a punt to really get a sense of how the slope will change as it approaches the hole. Again, this is only acceptable during practice rounds and especially on the practice green. Please don't slow down play to measure your entire putt during normal play. I found that you can easily use it up-side-down so that it's not clear that you have a slope indicator. You can quickly measure your putt when you place behind your ball and then flip it over and remove your ball. The slope indicator is well designed and very easy to read the bubble floats nicely and indicates your relative slope. It can also be used to help align the direction of putts if you use the alignment lines on the maker. I found that just seeing that which how far the bubble moved gave me a good sense of the intensity of the slope and that was enough to adjust my putt. The marker is approximately the size of a large poker chip. I found it to be too thick for normal use versus the markers I usually use which are more the thickness of US Quarter.

I'm writing this review to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with these golf level markers. What was advertised as a tool to enhance my golfing accuracy turned out to be nothing short of a disappointment. These markers felt like they were made from the cheapest of materials. Not only were they poorly constructed, but they also consistently provided inaccurate readings. This led to misguided shots and unnecessary frustration. I purchased these markers hoping they would aid my game, but they only hindered it further. I feel deceived by the positive reviews that likely misled me into making this purchase. I strongly advise fellow golfers to avoid these markers. Save your money and invest in a more reputable brand that delivers on its promises.

Right off the bat, the markets’ quality is questionable at best. The materials used feel cheap and flimsy, leaving me concerned about their longevity. It’s disheartening to think that I spent $12 on what essentially feels like a couple of cents’ worth of production. To make matters worse, the markers’ accuracy is laughable. Instead of providing reliable level readings, they consistently give inaccurate measurements that have led to poor shots. I regret not researching more thoroughly before making this purchase, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others. Save your money and your sanity-avoid OblibaDu markers at all costs.

it was not useful as a tool to help improve putting. The level bubble shows how the green is sloped where the ball is placed, but tells you nothing about how the slope changes along the path to the hole. The a Green Reader might make a good gag gift
