Everything is working great so far. I was able to transfer the finger print sensor and is working as designed. The screen resolution isnt like the original but it is fine for me. You'll get used to it. The torx driver that came with the package might not work. Just be aware of that. And also you need to buy the glue separately. Been using the new screen for two days and it glitched mid-swipe. Multicolored lines across the entire screen and wouldn't power off to try a reboot. It also froze a couple of times throughout the first day of use, and there are some spots I have to press harder than others to get any response. After ten minutes, it seems to have timed out and is back to normal. We'll see how long that lasts. Right now, I'd recommend paying a different seller a little more to hopefully get something more stable and reliable. EDIT: The piece of crap did it again. ... show more

Screen good your paying for what you get, it worked but know it's not OEM quality but for the price I was happy with the result. Touch screen worked, it was a little bluish, but didn't bother cause I had a fixed screen I could use my phone all over

The video shows the replacement process does not use the exact same screen and the exact same tools: - The screen I received had a plastic near the fingerprint sensor that I had no idea what to do with. I ended up removing it. - In the video, they remove the frame of the old screen, which isn't necessary since the new screen came with a new one. - In the video, they use tape and glue that don't come with the kit. I had to buy them separately. - In the video, they tried to fix the fingerprint sensor, but they didn't succeed. They mentioned in the video that if you align the sensor properly, you won't need to calibrate it. I tried, but it didn't work. I'll have to calibrate it. Wish me luck. - Sometimes, when I turn on the screen, it doesn't work. I have to try a few times until it does. Not often, though. - The proximity sensor doesn't work (the sensor that allows a phone call to detect that you put the phone on your ear). - A small group of pixels on the top right corner are not behaving well. I'm afraid this can spread. - After replacing the screen, I installed the protective glass. During the short time that the screen was unprotected, it got hard-to-notice scratches, so I think it's not as good as an OEM, which is Gorilla Glass. I give it 3 stars because at least I can use the phone until I buy a new one. ... show more

    • Vertical light lines on EVERY REPAIR with this kit! I never have this issue with other kits!
I've ordered 3 of the pixel 6 pro and 4 of the pixel 7 pro kits and ALL of them have had vertical lines of light on the screens! At 1st, I assumed I was the problem (user error). So I've ordered kits that I know are made by a different manufacturer and those repairs have been perfect-no lines. Today, I repaired 2 Pixel 7 Pros: A: different kit B: this kit: Phone A is perfect, Phone B has vertical lines that make the screen completely unusable. I use high quality tools, i experience and patience with smartphone repairs, and after buying 7 of these screens and EVERY ONE of these kits have had vertical lines--no matter how gentle and careful I work. I have NEVER had this problem with other kits! Seriously, this upsets me because I spent so much time believing I was the problem--only to reevaluate myself and the kits - this set me back a LOT. I AM NOT the PROBLEM! THESE KITs are THE PROBLEM! ... show more
