    • Happy with the item, but....
Ordered several. I'm happy with how easy they were to assemble, they are sturdy enough. One of the drawers does not operate smoothly, so I put some of my least-used items in it. I did have to return one, though, because the rods come with the screws in them and they were rusted in so tightly that, no matter what I tried, I simply could not get them out, so there was no way to assemble it. I did see that someone else had complained of this. If they would do something to be sure that issue was taken care of this would be a 5-star item. ... show more

    • Better Than I expected!
The media could not be loaded. SO initially I was completely disgusted with this product. As other buyers have stated the two rods that are used to stabilize the upper shelf had their screws already screwed into them, very tightly. They were impossible to remove, for me. After about 15 minutes, a little 3-IN-1 oil, lots of fussing I finally set them aside and waited for husband to come home. It took him all of 60 seconds with a clamp and a little muscle to dislodge them. He mentioned that sometimes you should tighten a bit before trying to untighten them. He made it look easy. I hope the seller will address this as it's a great product. I don't leave negative reviews for products that I like or love. I'm a business owner and I won't tear down other sellers unless there is obvious ill intent. This product is great, there is room to make this right for the buyers. I attached a video of how I added a piece of string to each of the baskets. The strings are just long enough to prevent the baskets from falling out if you accidently pull them out too far. I've done this with several other storage units similar to this. It's a very rudimentary fix, however, it works every time without fail. Buy this! ... show more

I bought four; two were delivered and the other two are still out for delivery. I had high hopes since the product was a good weight and wrapped tightly. However, after getting ready to assemble I had a difficult time removing the screws from rods. Steps we took to remove. 1) get two Hexkeys and attempt to loosen both at one time. This worked for one of them. 2) attach the side that you could remove the screw onto crossbar, and use that as leverage loosening the other end. This worked for one. 3) use pliers to try and hold rod tight enough to remove screw. This worked for one. 4) contact seller for new rod and screws, requesting they are not sent attached. Will be doing this after I write this review. For the one we could get together, the directions say put the rods and screws in first, I do not recommend this. I could not get the basket in, so we loosened the screws and was able to get the basket in just barley, but it didn't move with ease. So then we took the screws out of 3 sides because the 4th wouldn't budge. The rod that we removed both screws from was stuck in the crossbars and we needed to hit the crossbars with something heavy to knock loose. We then put the basket in which moved with more ease and lightly tightened the screws. We could not put the second one together, and two more are supposed to be delivered today. I'm tempted to just return them and not even attempt putting them together. I'm very disappointed because they do seem like good quality minus rusted screws and lack of good instruction to not put basket in before tightening screw to ensure you don't tighten too much. ... show more

I was very pleased with the quality and price of this product. I had no problem with the screws that others talked about. It took less than five minutes to assemble and install. I now have three or four times the amount of storage under my sink. And fact that the drawers slide out was a bonus.
