The product looks nice but does not sublimate very well. I have made 5 out of the 12 I bought. 3 out of the 5 ended up with odd black spots in the design. They are gifts and the spots and 1 even came up with a line on the bottom. They do not work in Cricut mug press. Switched to PYD oven and came out a little better but again spots and 1 had line. Will not recommend or buy again. Will try another supplier. Only reason I bought them was because I only wanted lid and not a straw. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. A very nice surprise. After writing the review the company reached out to me. Very nice folks that corrected the problems that occurred. After receiving a new set of mugs I quickly sublimated them with my PYD tumbler I had bought. They turned out perfect. NO spots and the company support was outstanding. I have had good and bad luck. Some turn out and some do not? Not really sure what I am doing wrong! I have also had a handle breakoff... I have tried looking for the perfect temp and time to sublimate them at and seem to be getting mixed ideas. Could be user error, but I am really out a bunch of money and they cost a lot try and figure it out! ... show more
