I have an original snapmaker and it's a very small build size. I have been wanting to get a larger printer since the day I had first used my snapmaker a couple years ago but I just never got around to it. The only complaint I have is the lack of parts upgrades / accessories for this specific printer. I was unpleased to find out about this after I had purchased and went to look for a upgraded extruder, nozzle and so on and realized this printer isn't the same as the majority of the ender 3 series printers with upgrades. I have just received the printer yesterday though and having my first print in carbon fiber PC filament running since yesterday with no fine tuning other than my regular printing tunes id use for the snapmaker (nozzle temp / bed temp) I have to say I am nothing short of amazed. Being this filament is notoriously hard to print with and that this is literally my first print on a machine directly out of the box, I was expecting to not get very far into the print at all before having to restart and make adjustments. Now we are on hour 25 with 32 more hours to go on this print and it's looking incredible. Since I still haven't even completely my first print, I most likely will be updating this review with a more comprehensive detailed structure once I get some more prints in. This is my 2nd Creality 3d printer. This one requires a careful initial leveling. Be sure to get help from YouTube. Once you get the setup right it works great but you cannot depend on user instructions, they are not detailed enough. Once setup, it prints great. I wasted several prints before I got it right. I am a first timer here and this was the perfect printer to get started on. It was simple to put together and get printing in 15-20 minutes and preforms like a BEAST. Ill Lilley get another before moving up again. Prints look great.

If I could give it a ZERO, I would! Amazon removed my 1-star review so I’m rewriting this! Support - 0 star (Chinese support staff kept sending me images of what the fix was, but none of their fixes worked, so they sent me to YouTube videos that had the same junk fix they gave me). They also told me that the basic filament that ships with their product is not good and to go ahead buy the 1KG filament from their website! Quality of Print - 0 star. None of the fixes they provided would make the print stick. I even bought a $40 PEI sheet but didn’t work and it started printing on the corner. All I was trying to do was to print the boat and rabbit that came with the printer. I even tried several other basic shapes like flat ones and it just wouldn’t stick. Temperature kept dropping and after a week of back and forth, the display stopped working. Amazon said they’d refund the money after 4 hours of receiving the product but now it says 14 days! Meanwhile I can’t print for the business I just started! Thanks Creality and Amazon for such wonderful service (on Opposite Day). ... show more

Not a professional but as a hobbyist this works great. I do wish it would go to a slightly higher temp for using ABS more efficiently but it works. The fans aren’t too loud but you will hear them if its quiet in the room. Easy to swap materials and adjust basically everything. If you’re just starting this is a great starter. ... show more

Love the printer sadly after a month of use maybe 6-8 prints my glass bed broke. Sent in a request for replacement and let’s just say the told me the will take care of it when they can and yet no updates so idk not happy with flagship

Already had a ender 3 neo from which I learned to print from. Ended up buying two other large bed printers for larger prints from two different manufacturers and both printers had issues front the start. One was a anycubic Kobra neo and the other was a sovol plus. .. this Creality large bed neo printer is a breeze to assemble and get printing .. I didn’t bother with a benchmark but did two print in place prints and they were perfect after adjusting the z offset some. ... show more
