The bumper arrived packaged and protected extremely well, it took me almost as long to unwrap it as it did to install. With that said, install was a breeze. Just slide the new plates inside the frame rail and line up and tighten the 4 bolts. Don't tighten everything completely until all of the bolts are in place to help keep everything lined up where you want it. This bumper came well packed with all required parts and fit our 2011 Jeep Wrangler as advertised. Install was easy and took about an hour only because some of the older bolts and nuts were rusted and it took time to break them free. It looks really nice on the Jeep!

I ordered a different bumper from a different company and it came with the box blown out on both ends and the paint scratched off. Sent it back and ordered again. This was worse than the first. If FedEx driver hadn't dropped front bumper on my front porch ( caught by doorbell camera) dinged up corner all would be great. Installing was pretty easy old bolts were hardest part. Both look great on Jeep.

    • Decent for the price but has several design flaws…
Style: Rear Bumper
I bought this in a hurry after I was rear-ended, mainly because the price was comparable to a OEM bumper and I could get it in less than a week. Was very easy to install as all rear Jeep bumpers are. I like it enough to not regret the purchase. Good things: finish is much better than the price would lead you to believe, shackle tabs are very sturdy, and the LED cubes are very bright. Complaints are: entire thing sits too far away from the body so you need a .75” spacer for your spare on factory wheels, the “face” of the bumper angles up instead of being vertical so the LED lights shine in other drivers’ faces instead of the ground, and the shackle tabs should be further out. To get around the weird angle, I bought the Rigid D-series 15* Up/Down brackets. That works ok, but isn’t really worth $40 to cover up a design flaw. Also, now that the LED cubes aren’t flush, shackles barely fit into the tabs and I’m concerned any recovery pull at an angle will rip the cubes off ... show more
