The bag is good and can fit a good amount. What I liked best were the holders for the cups. But for mid size cups only. I had a hard time strying to fit a Stanley cup in.

Very pleased with this purchase! Bag is exactly as described. It is a good size and I love that it has a designated pocket/pouch for your water bottle. It is a very very lightweight neoprene material to the point I would worry about putting too much heavy items in it but the stitching seems sturdy. I’ve currently got my water bottle, gym shoes, and a few pairs of workout gloves in the bag and some other woman necessities and there is plenty of room on top of the shoes to put a folded change of clothes or one folded sweater/hoodie. The tie-pull closure is a little more tedious than a zipper but not a deal breaker.
