    • Effortlessly removed terrible smells from OSB particle board subfloors
I bought this one instead of other neutral pH floor cleaners because it is NO RINSE. That was extremely important to me. Note that I'm not a professional so don't take any of this as advice - it's just what I chose to do, and what worked for me. I used it on an OSB (particle board) subfloor that had been beaten up pretty badly over the years (deep spills, pet urine, flooding from a washing machine, etc). I did NOT dilute it, even though this 1 gallon can be diluted to make 128 gallons. The subfloor was in unbelievably bad shape and full-strength was fine for it. If I was going to use it on regular floors, I'd have definitely diluted it. A professional recommended that I wash the OSB with vinegar but I can not stand the smell of vinegar, unfortunately, so I chose this cleaner instead. It smells great to me, and I have a sensitive nose. It also doesn't create bad fumes throughout the house and interfere with my asthma and other breathing problems. It was easy to use with no issues. After removing carpet and padding and sweeping/vacuuming the subfloor, I poured a little bit directly on the bare OSB and scrubbed it with a sponge and let it air dry once I felt like I'd done the best job I could do for it. It did fantastically and the difference in the look but most importantly the SMELL is incredible. It's not like it looks like brand new OSB, and it will need to be replaced at some point in the future, but it's back to a point that laying carpet over it won't be a mistake. I will be painting the subfloor with Kilz paint with built-in primer (that's a pro trick to seal it) before laying carpet.     • I use this in my commercial cleaning business and love it!
I have my own cleaning business and the office buildings I service had really nice new flooring put in throughout. The manufacturer recommended to use a Neutral PH Floor Cleaner. I went on Amazon to look for some and came across this floor cleaner as I never used this type of cleaner before. It did a fantastic job cleaning up all the left over glue and gunk left behind by the contractors putting the floors in. It left a nice shine and the smell is really nice and clean smelling, not overbearing. I continue to use this cleaner on the same floors that were installed over 4 months ago and they look great. The floors get a lot of traffic and dirt and grime on them as it is a commercial building open to the public. I ended up buying 6 bottles of this cleaner and use them at all of the office buildings I clean, churches, homes, etc. I even use this product in my own home on my hard wood floors and tile.     • Excellent value, fair on grout
This cleaner is a good value because you dilute it 1 ounce to every gallon of water for normal cleaning jobs. It does as good of a job, if not better than my normal cleaners like Pinesol, Fabuloso, etc. I used this on both tile and laminate flooring. I used it in my Hoover Floormate machine as well as with a spin mop. It has a light, almost minty lavender smell, which is very subtle and does not last. I think it did a good job on both the tile and laminate, but I do wish it cleaned the grout better. I diluted it as directed and there was only a slight bit of sudsing. I did not rinse it, and it really did dry fast and free of streaking. With several elderly dogs, accidents do happen now and again. I usually clean them up as soon as I see them with paper towels followed by Lysol wipes. This does a good job at getting rid of any lingering odors the next time I mop. I also have an elderly diabetic cat that often pees all over the sides of his litter box. I use this product to wash his litter box weekly (rinsing with warm water afterwards) and the plastic doesn't have any lingering odors. I do like this floor cleaner and I will buy it again. A gallon dilutes to 128 gallons of floor cleaner, so it really is an awesome value. I do wish it had a longer lasting scent and I do wish it whitened my grout, but it's better overall than any of the grocery store bought cleaners I have been using. ... show more

I have been a DIEHARD OdoBan promoter for years! I discovered Odoban while at a warehouse club many years ago. Being in the nightclub / bar business ridding odors is near impossible. What I hated most is that most cleaners, including bleach just masked or blended with the odor, so you had flower urine smell or piney stale beer. I have used so many cleaners over the years I could write a book. OdoBan products are the ONLY think I have ever used that stands up to its marketing. Continuous use of their products literally eliminates odors. My public bathrooms are used by hundreds of people a night, most missing the porcelain depository, thus causing urine to end up in the tile grout, wall and baseboards. Once I started a daily cleaning with OdoBan products within a couple weeks the smells were gone, and they stayed gone. To this day I buy cases of the original Odoban for my bars and clubs. I recently started using this on the floors instead of the original, and it is another great product, and it is 50% cheaper than any EcoLab or equivalent product.     • Does a great job for a good price.
I usually use Pledge floor cleaner, but now, it is $100 for 32 ounces. It is hard to find floor cleaners that you can actually put in a bucket of water, so I was thrilled to find this. I need only 3 ounces for a gallon of water and it does a great job.

    • Pets!- I-Robot mop
If you have pets- this is a MUST HAVE! We have an i-robot mop in our kitchen that was collecting dust. I purchased this in hopes that it would be a decent cleaner since you don’t rinse. This product is awesome! I use very hot water and mix in this stuff and it works great. No “sticky” floor and just feels cleaner. I have luxury vinyl flooring, and so far this product is great. Obviously the robot is not as good as doing a heavy mop and then dry mop- but- it’s great for just setting it and forgetting it. I would recommend this for vinyl flooring. ... show more

    • Good for robot cleaner
I have been using this for my roborock s7 1:300 dilution. Very light nice scent no residue. Leaves some bubbles on the tank but not a problem so far
