Update 3/18/21: updating to 5 star. Responsive company, takes feedback seriously and table is solid . Just note my previous update on initial learning/trick on making it super easy to get table up/down. Update: 3/7/21: Company had email issues , once resolved they contacted me ASAP and easy to communicate via email . Seller/Company air shipped screws from China, very fast ship. Using table for few days now. Solid table. Nice top. Learned a trick that if it feels like stuck after long time in a particular height and you want to raise the table then push down a little (after pressing lever) and then it will be super easy to go up with lever press. Once it is moving pneumatic works very well. Easy 4.5 star for this product. ** Earlier review ** Seems like good solid product, half assembled. Heavy package , not double card boarded. Carrier damaged the box. All parts intact but the flimsy packet containing Allen bolts was torn and screws falling out ( found one on driveway) . No seller fault. Seems responsive seller , hopefully will send me replacement Allen bolts. Seller didn’t share direct email so have to contact via generic “ question for seller “ form on Amazon. My emails to company support email on assembly instructions went unanswered so not sure how will we get support from manufacturer if issues after few months. Will post more once I can complete assembly .

Very nice quality desk, and an even better value. I like that it isn’t motorized. Less to break. Unless you like to move it up and down multiple times per day, this is a good choice. It moves up and down fairly easily. Maybe 10 or 15 lbs of pressure to push it downward. Goes up by pushing the button. As far as appearance and quality, this looks and feels nicer than desks that cost twice as much at my local furniture stores. I’m very happy with my purchase. As for assembly, if you’re a tiny bit handy, you can have it put together in 15 minutes. It took me longer to remove the California warning label that the manufacturer stuck to the top of the desk, than it did to assemble the entire thing.

I don't want an electronic desk or a crank. I wanted to be able to adjust my desk height in a flash. I was super excited to find this pneumatic design and am somewhat satisfied with it. It IS easy to lift and lower... once it starts moving. I've found that I have to push down rather hard before it'll raise. Almost like it's stuck and needs a push. After so many times trying to lift it quickly and the legs coming up off the floor instead, I've found I'm not using it for the standing purpose near as much as I'd meant to. I still do and now I know to push on it first. But slightly disappointed. I love the look and the size. It's heavy. I needed help to assemble it. Tho the instructions weren't hard to figure out.

Update: Customer service offered a great solution to my shipping issue. This desk is good for the price. It obviously got beaten up at some point, see pictures. All the screws were floating in the package. I never found them all but I had others from previous stuff I've put together that worked. The up and down works okay. I got it for the quick adjust compared to the electric motor. I hope the pneumatic part holds out and wasn't damaged.

The quality of this desk was much better than I had expected for the price. The wood is not particle board..but a nice, heavy piece of wood. Its a little hard to lower..but seems like it's getting looser as we use it. I would definitely recommend this desk for this price range!

Really impressed with this desk - nice looking and sturdy! Great to have the option to stand throughout the work day. Adjusts easily to various heights. Occasionally needs additional push on top of desk to get the desk to adjust when pressing lever - but easy to forgive since it’s such a nice desk overall.

I LOVE this standing desk! I'm 59 and had no trouble at all assembling this, and it goes up and down very easily. I rated it a 4 for "Value for money" only because I didn't really do a ton of price comparing.

The desk is more difficult to move up and down than I’m used to with other pneumatic desks. And the wheels on the back make it good for moving but quite frustrating when you’re trying to be stationary but adjust your positioning in the desk. Overall it’s decent. Not sure if worth the price though.
