I wasn't expecting much for the low price, but I was surprised by the durability and thickness of this double-sided pendant. It was necessary to lightly sand the outer edge of the pendant in some areas, but it smoothed out quickly. The leather is thick, supple, strong, and good quality. Knots in this style leather necklace can come undone. Therefore, I decided what length I wanted that would easily go over my head without needing future adjustments. Then, I really tightened both knots so that the necklace wouldn't unravel. Pendant came in a nice snap plastic case which was inside a small zippered bag. ... show more

The real leather strap is soft and pliable it imediately hangs well. Has a leather smell which is nice. The strap can be adjusted to be as long as needed unless you are 300+ pounds with a giant head and neck. The pendant is obviously not super high quality but completely appropriate at this price point. I really don't know why so many people aren't satisfied with this purchase. Quite a bit bigger than I had expected. I thought it would have a nice coin aesthetic, but instead comes off as a Disneyland quality medallion. It’s nice, but not what I was expecting. The leather straps are also not quite what I expected. The actual necklace strap is a knotted together leather shoe lace. If you really like the pendant, you may want to invest in a different strap that is less likely to become untied. It’s not a bad product... if you pay 10 bucks for jewelry, can you really expect it to be perfect? No. PS: when reviewing this product, it asked me to rate it 1-5 stars based on warmth... this necklace does not provide heat... maybe there was a misunderstanding somewhere, but if you’re looking for something to keep you warm, I’d suggest a sweater instead 👍 ... show more
