We purchased 3 of these - 60"x40", 40"x36" and 24"x32" They are simple to install - I used a laser level to line up the mounting brackets and screwed them into wall studs. I did move the electrical from the now removed vanity lights to a new outlet box behind the mirror. My sad story is that while I was lifting the 60"x40" mirror, I barely tapped the corner of the mirror on the tile floor - it was a very light tap - could barely hear it. However, it was enough to shatter the entire mirror. It's safety glass so it just crumbles. Fortunately,the plastic film was still on the surface of the glass and held most of it together so it was not a huge mess. This was an expensive mistake as I had to purchase a replacement. Every time I think about this I just shake my head. When my wife asks me why I'm shaking my head I just tell her I was thinking about the Roman empire... Great mirrors though - all features and functions work exactly as advertised. I will say that we never have them set at the brightest (blinding) setting.

We've had this mirror for several weeks in our new bathroom. I love it. The light is perfect for our small bathroom. We have several overhead lights installed but I usually just use the mirror. It looks very upscale. It has a warmth to it that I love and the ability to adjust light is great. It only defogs a portion of the mirror - not the whole thing. Very happy so far!

For a $500+ mirror, you'd expect it to be defect free. But my mirror has a distortion in the center. That makes it look like a circus funny mirror. The distortion is small in the center and our contractor did not notice it when he put it up. But you can see the distortion when you look at the reflection in the center. Maybe you expect this in a $5 mirror. But for this price--it's ridiculous. Since it shipped by Amazon you'd expect good support, but the replacement mirror they shipped was damaged in-transit and Amazon cancelled the replacement order and sent it back before it delivered. And now Amazon is refusing to send another replacement. All the service reps are claiming they cannot sent another replacement since the replacement was cancelled (cancelled by themselves because they damaged in shipping). We did not save the original box it came with so we're having to deal with finding a box to pack it in. It's a large, heavy mirror. It's turning into a very annoying ordeal and we're really disappointed with the product and the return/replacement process with Amazon. We do not recommend ordering this mirror nor dealing with Amazon for this type of large/heavy order.

The mirror looks good. I purchased 2 mirrors. Both came with minor scratches in mirror surface. Light works well and functions well for light changes cool-warm-daylight. I have not tested the anti-fog, yet. Both mirrors came and have a "cloudy" appearance. The provided "maintenance" instructions are short; Wipe with soft cloth and Do not use any chemicals or misuse cleaning agents. I tried getting in touch with supplier with no luck. I reached out to Amazon and they said they could not contact vendor. I would suggest buying from a different manufacturer. UPDATE: After having Amazon tell me they could not help with contacting the seller and still not getting a response from the supplier, I started fooling with the mirrors myself. After a lot of edge scraping, I finally was able to see the mirror did have a clear film over the mirror (not mentioned in the instructions.). After getting this film off, the mirror looks great and the light is brighter. it is a beautiful mirror.
