The tent is easy to assemble. It is as sturdy as play tents like this are. The graphics on it are nice. I was a little disappointed that the door on the tent has a giant mermaid on it. I didn't realize that when I ordered it. I was looking for a realistic ocean experience. Other than being disappointed about the mermaid, I am satisfied with the tent purchase. My students are enjoying taking turns and using it to sit in to study their ocean books. The seams holding the poles seem durable. Pros: Design -- the ocean theme is very cute. Size -- small enough to fit in the play area and not take up too much room, but big enough for our toddler twin boys to stand, sit and lay down in comfortably. Relatively easy to put together once you spend 5-10 minutes looking at it. Price -- compared to other similar play tents, it's affordable. Cons: Durability -- material is very thin and flimsy. My 2 years olds have no problems launching it across the room, turning it on its side, rolling around in it, etc. I don't expect it to last long. The poles are also a little questionable, they go on the inside of tent with just a tie halfway up and two little pockets for each end. If you have little budding engineers, they'll have it taken apart in no time. Also, not a deal breaker, but it did not come with directions. If you are not at least somewhat familiar with how tents work, it might be a head scratcher for a few minutes. Bottom line: cute play tent for light/moderate use. Quality matches price. If you're looking for durability I'd suggest spending the money on a nicer tent. ... show more
