Exactly what I wanted! These wrap around, fit well, and protect my eyes from the sun and debris, so they’re great for cycling. These days, with heat and drought in central Texas, they’re necessary, just for sun and dust, almost always in the air. I even wear them for dental work, as they’re better than the pair the dentist uses, to protect my eyes while there’s flying spray or whatever, during teeth cleaning, etc. I had a similar pair which I used four years in a row for RAGBRAI, cycling 70– 100 miles a day. This is the best fit for my face, and they’re flattering, too. I’m a 5’3” woman, so they’re not just for men. Well worth the price. Locally, the optometrist wanted significantly more for a similar pair—same style; maybe extra treatment of some sort. But more than I wanted to pay! I've had several pairs of Oakley's with prizm lenses. I keep returning to them because I drive a semi truck and need to be able to have sharp focus in changing light, with these I don't have frames blocking my periferiale view as well as having lenses that wrap around to bloke side light while still being able to see going from bright sun to shade and back. These sunglasses are the best I've ever owned, and I've owned Oakley in the past. If you take care of these sunglasses, you should have NO issues. I've NEVER had an issue with Oakley sunglasses except for the rubbing out of their logo on the front lenses from excessive rubbing. I follow the care guide and keep them clean and dry them properly, according to the care guide, for better vision. I haven't had any kind of pealing or any other issues. Other customers that complain must abuse the heck out of their sunglasses to get them to peal or warp. The sunglasses are excellent. They are so comfortable that I offend forget I have them on. I love the way they extend around the side of my face a few extra millimeters to give more eye protection/shade compared to standard sunglasses. I highly recommend them. They're rugged, but not indestructible. If you don't dropped them constantly and stepped on them, I believe they should last a very long time. I'm happy with them. ... show more
